Mr. Panino — Restaurant in Bellagio

Me and my girlfriend spent 6 full days in Bellagio. On our first day we were very hungry in the morning and were craving some great Italian food. Mr. Panino has hands down the best Italian sandwiches, not only in Bellagio, not only in Italy, but on the entire planet. I'm not just some guy who's just had his first sandwich or pizza. I've been all around Italy and Europe so I'm talking with a lot of experience. The bread is soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. The products are fresh ans delicious and the final product is just a masterpiece. The prices are fair and way better than some other places we tried for lunch or dinner. I am a vegetarian so I have to recommend the Capri sandwich and the pizza, just thinking about them makes me hungry. My girlfriend had a lot of the meat sandwiches and says all of them are amazing, but recommends the Bologna sandwich the most. The place is like 50 metres away from the docks so we grabbed two sandwiches and a pizza and had the best view with the best breakfast for 6 days in a row. Truly a memory to never forget. But the best part of Mr. Panino is by far the owner and mr. Panino himself, Alex. One of the best human beings I've met in my lifetime. In my opinion a trip is not defined by the places you see or all the great photos you'll take, it's difined by the people you meet. Alex made our trip so much better. Not only does he make the best food, but he's also the kindest and most helpful individual I've met on all of my trips. He gave us the best advices and tips for our trip. Truly an expert when it comes to sightseeing. Very funny and aware to his surroundngs. All around a great guy! Thanks for the great food and for helping absolute strangers!

Mr. Panino is one of the busiest spots I came across in Bellagio — a true sign of its popularity. Mostly a takeaway joint, it draws people of all ages, especially during lunchtime, all enjoying their delicious sandwiches. I discovered this gem with the help of Google after spotting its unique wrap design, and I’m glad I did!

The sandwiches are cleverly named after iconic places in Italy, and the menu caters well to both European and international tastes. The food was absolutely delicious, and prices were quite reasonable. The packaging is perfect for those on the go — whether you're exploring the town or waiting for a ferry.
