We were having a lovely day in Italy when my wife decided to walk into this shop and look around. Immediately the clerk asked us what we want and then hovered when we said we wanted to look around. When i picked out a pair of cuff links with cameras on them she approached and took them from my hands and then said are you going to buy these? I told her yes but i wanted continue looking around. Then three times she sternly demanded we come to the front to pay despite us telling her we wanted to look around more. The third time made us feel so uncomfortable we walked away without purchasing anything, which was a real bummer because we liked the cuff links. It is a shame her judgemental rudeness drove a paying customer away. We still loved everywhere else in the town and would reccomend...

The ladies working saved my absolute life by helping me get a stuck ring off my finger. They helped me immediately for free and were so kind throughout the process, even going so far as to consult another jeweler for the right tools. I wasn’t even a customer but felt so cared for, I am so grateful to them! Thank you...
