We had a very disappointing experience at this ice cream shop. The customer service was extremely poor. The staff treated us as if we were doing something wrong just for being there. We were asked to pay before being served, which already felt uncomfortable, and when we tried to understand the flavours (many of which had names like Cuba or Crema Bologna that are not self-explanatory), the staff refused to explain and simply laughed amongst themselves while looking at us.

It felt disrespectful and unwelcoming. Unfortunately, this has been our worst service experience in Europe so far. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on treating customers with basic courtesy.

Abbiamo avuto un’esperienza molto deludente in questa gelateria. Il servizio clienti è stato davvero scarso. Il personale ci ha trattati come se stessimo facendo qualcosa di sbagliato, senza alcun motivo. Ci è stato chiesto di pagare prima di essere serviti, il che è già stato sgradevole, e quando abbiamo provato a capire i gusti (molti avevano nomi non immediatamente chiari come Cuba o Crema Bologna), il personale ha rifiutato di spiegarli e ha iniziato a ridere tra loro guardandoci.
