If I could give less than one star, I would. I usually never write bad reviews but I would never support this business ever again. I am honestly outraged about the experience with this accommodation. I had some issues with booking resulting in my booking being cancelled automatically by booking after I had already paid. I booked again as I needed an accommodation for my stay in Bolzano. Since the money had already been issued to the accommodation, booking couldn’t refund me directly. I tried to talk to the accommodation personally but they refused to refund me. In the end, I lost all my money and paid 600€ for 3 days there. And don’t even get me started on the value for money. The communication with the hosts is minimal, they send you confusing messages (e.g. reminders that you have a booking tomorrow on the day of your check-in), don’t reply and don’t give you a real introduction for check-in so you feel quite lost trying to figure out everything yourself. Also trying to scam you about parking, the booking itself says there’s free private parking but they try to direct you to another paid private parking that is 5-10mins away from the accommodation, so have fun with carrying all your bags there and then onto the 3rd floor cause the elevator is broken as well of course. The accommodation itself would have so much potential but they really did not make anything out of it. Loose toilet seat, there’s not even soap to wash your hands. The towels are ridiculous, size for a child, apartment ist dusty, bottom part of the walls is coming off. Read moreThe room is fine but has some flaws, there is barely any warm water in the shower so prepare to really wake up in the morning with a cold shower. Next, there was no airconditioning and the room got very hot and humid, because of this it was very hard to sleep here. Finally, one of the lights in the bathroom doesn't work and one plug gives shocks in the room. Wordt of all, the service. We were supposed to receive a code to enter the check-in building (which is 10 minutes away from the apartment) 24 hours before arrival, we did not get ANY. And were therefore let in by other customers. Once we could get in the check-in building, and were checked in we were given a code to enter the building in which our room was. However this was the wrong code, we found out About this after dinner, with our stuff already inside the apartment, locked out in the rain. Trying to call the reception 5 times, no one answered. The reception was closed at 20:30 even though it said online check in was until 22:30, so we walked all the way across town for nothing. We then went back to the apartment building only to be let in by another customer who finally gave us the right code. Luckily this bad experience has a good ending, despite the residence fink.

Read moreI would absolutely not recommend a stay there, even for a night as I did. Better to pay a bit more and have a real rest and be treated with the minimum of human decency- which will not happen there- First of all the room we stayed in had glass walls so we were woken up by the light every time another guest was moving around. If it had not been for the light, the noise would have done it. The sanitary are minimal and get real dirty really fast (no soap in the bathroom or toilet paper, every room get one and have to carry it around!?!) - basically cost saving at it worst But the worst remain the staff that was rude and unprofessional. The receptionist forget to give us the key for the front door and when we called the emergency number, not only was she unhelpful (repeating over and over than the door was open) but also hung up on us. Had to go down there and she kept telling us to go back and try the door, threaten to call the police (still trying to figure out why?) and once she realized that she indeed failed to give us the right key, did not apologize but said it was the fault of the other guest… Never seen...
