I unfortunately came across this place tonight as it is near where I was staying. I asked for a plate of grilled vegetables to take out. The man at the front who took my order, and also who is apparently the owner, gave me something else - apparently fried vegetables. I told him that I ordered the grilled ones (I can’t eat fried foods). He told me that was wrong, that I ordered that - and he came up very close to me and yelled this at me in a threatening way. I asked for a refund. He refused, saying that this is what I ordered - my daughter can attest that this was not true - I clearly asked for grilled vegetables. Finally, he said he would not refund anything but would get me the grilled vegetables. One minute later, he returned with a bag of something - holding the door open for me and telling me to leave with it. The best pizza in Florence!!!! The best service and the greatest pasta. This place is the ticket to flavortown; from the first dish(squid and octopus salad) to the last (pistachio cream brûlée). This place overflowed with love in each and every dish. The flavors so developed, simple and elegant Your mouth and tummy will not stop doing a happy dance as you experience each dish.
