Coming from the US I didnt expect to find this little diamond of place tucked away in the heart of Florence.

Not much to look at from the outside, but the delicious smell drew me in and boy was i glad that we stopped for a bite to eat here. Every bite was so deliciouis and savory and the staff is very efficient, polite, and welcoming. Highly recommend grabbing a quick bite to eat. If you like spicy food their hot sauce was one of the best ive tasted thus far.

They have vegetarian options too and it was very delicious. My wife is vetarian and ahe got the falafel. I got the piadina kebab and fried rice and both dishes were extremely flavorful.

This place was a breath of fresh air. Compared to the endless tourist trap restaurants and a lack of consistent halal options, Student Kebab was a place we stumbled upon while walking from the train station. This was arguably my favorite food from a recent trip, excellent flavor and value and not to mention the folks running the show were down to earth and absolute gentleman, regardless of if you eat halal or not, this kebab shop is a delicious change...
