It’s not every day you find yourself revising a negative review into a glowing one—but here we are. After a rocky start (hello, timing hiccups!), the team swooped in like sandwich-slinging superheroes. The owner, running the show solo (not by choice), apologized sincerely and even offered us drinks and a free meal—which we politely declined, but appreciated all the same.

Bonus points: her friend, who doesn’t even work there, jumped behind the counter to help out. That’s community spirit and we loved seeing it!

The owner is SO KIND! I got The Parma and the La Bonta and both were fantastic. The truffle oil and paste were amazing additions! The portion sizes are so big and he makes your sandwich right in front of you! He also cuts the meat right there as well so it’s so fresh and absolutely delicious!
