I went into the store to purchase a T-shirt that was hanging in the window. When I looked at the T-shirts inside the store they did not have a large, only xl. The shirt in the window was a large. The aperol shirt. I asked the manager to purchase that one, my size. She said no. I asked when they plan on getting new stock, they said tomorrow. I walked into the store at 5:40 and the store closes at 8 PM. I asked why don’t you put the XL in the window and give me the large and they said no they cannot. The store closed in 2 hours. Why put a shirt in the main window to attract customers and when a customer walks in to purchase a shirt, in their size, and they have one and intent to get more the next day, you sell the the shirt and replace the shirt on display with a new shirt. Ieri sono andato a fare un giro in città a Lucca, mi sono ritrovato davanti a questo negozio e incuriosito sono entrato. Magliette molto carine ed originali se non fosse che mi sono ritrovato davanti una scena molto spiacevole e a mio conto inappropriata: la signora bionda alla cassa ha cominciato ad urlare in maniera molto aggressiva contro un suo collega, che si vedeva ad occhio nudo essere molto provato ed imbarazzato, per di più nel negozio si percepiva proprio un’aria di tensione e malumore, causata evidentemente da questo avvenimento . Sono rimasto molto scioccato e rattristito da questo comportamento che mi ha spinto ad uscire dal negozio senza fare acquisti. Mi è dispiaciuto molto vedere quel povero ragazzo schernito in quella maniera perché anche se il negozio è molto carino il rispetto e l’educazione vengono...

Sono passata da questo negozio per comprare delle nuove magliette e devo dire che l'esperienza è stata fantastica. Il negozio ha una vasta selezione di stampe super originali e simpatiche. La qualità dei materiali è ottima e le taglie vestono molto bene, ma ciò che mi ha colpito di più è stata la gentilezza e la simpatia del personale,ragazzi molto sorridenti e sono stati super disponibili ad aiutarmi a scegliere la taglia giusta e mi hanno dato ottimi consigli. Si vede che amano il loro lavoro e sanno come mettere a proprio agio i clienti, sono rimasto veramente soddisfatta anche dall’atmosfera che si percepiva in negozio Consiglio vivamente Citees a chiunque cerchi magliette di alta qualità e un servizio impeccabile!
