Emporio Armani — Local services in Milan

I went there to shop yesterday and Mapy delivered amazing customer service. Her colleague, on the contrary, was super rude. I should’ve caught her name but I honestly did not want to look at her. She was tall with black short hair and darker skin. She wore glasses. I approached her asking if they had any classic polos as there was nothing on display. She confirmed that they have some in the back but did not proceed to help. She asked me to check with Mapy who was busy at the time. Her attitude conveyed ‘i do not want to help’. She was standing doing nothing. She couldve easily just brought the polos. Proper customer service is ensuring the customer’s wants are attended. Employees hands can be tied when the store is super busy but she could’ve asked me to wait in a kind way. She is horrible. Mapy was super kind and made my experience very personable, asking me where I and from and sharing about her family. Although she was busy she asked me to kindly wait and asked what I wanted. She brought out all the polos they had and helped me pick ones I like. She is amazing and turned my horrible experience into a nice one.

Abbiamo acquistato un completo da €1150 e hanno rovinato il pantalone facendo l'orlo dopo che avevamo completato l'acquisto. Inoltre abbiamo acquistato una camicia da €280 e abbiamo chiesto di stringere i bottoni e le asole. Dopo alcuni giorni dall'acquisto ci hanno riconsegnato i capi due commesse esaurite e sgarbate che proponevano di mettere loro stesse i punti per aggiustare la camicia.
