My experience at Prada was one of the most magical moments in my entire life on this earth. I normally don't get red carpet treatment when I go to any type of high end fashion house, When my husband and I went to this particular Prada location our Client Advisor Cristian P rolled out the red carpet and made us feel at home. Prada is my first love since a child, and I bought my first leather Prada bag at this location. I have few nylon Prada bags, but his one was special. I thank Cristian again for his professional and kindhearted service. I look forward to coming back to Milan and making another purchase...

Couldn’t be more pleased with the service in this absolutely stunning Prada store. The staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for me while I was trying on different bags. I never once felt uncomfortable or as if I shouldn’t be in the shop. Once I had decided on my bag the shop assistant went and got my mum and I some Champagne to celebrate and made it an experience I will never forget - they continue to email me every year to wish me happy birthday and that says a lot about a company....
