We stayed here for both a convention and vacation. First things first: this is more like a residential building transformed into an hotel. The entrance is hard to find because you're looking for an hotel's façade and it's just a normal door, with the hotel's logo on a glass door, so hard to see. Also, there's no buffet-style breakfast and you have to fill a paper form per person to order your breakfast the night before, which you can take on the rooftop terrace or which they can bring to your room (no extra charge). Appart from these minor things, the hotel is very central: you're a few minutes away from the Duomo/Cathedral and from the fashion galleries, and very close to the metro (which was nice, because I was there for a congress but traveling with someone who wasn't attending it, so we wanted a place convenient for both of us). There are a lot of restaurants nearby. It can be noisy, though, so I recommend bringing ear plugs, which I always do. The rooms are modern and clean, but I wouldn't mind having a bit more of storage space (there is a hanging rack but open and there are no drawers). Modern, design-centric but not totally practical. There is also an annoying automatic light by the door that is triggered by a motion sensor, I think, but ours appeared to be faulty and went on during the night several times (the hotel fixed it by covering it with a paper sheet, but it worked!). The staff is super friendly and always available by WhatsApp, which was nice. They also recommend us the best parking options nearby (when I searched on Booking.com, one of my criteria was to have a parking, which the hotel actually didn't have, but there's one very close; I would have preferred a "private" parking as I was a bit stressed by the idea of leaving my car in a public parking for days, but I had no issues. We payed 138 euros for 4 nights/5 days of parking). Overall, we're happy with our choice, but I think they should rethink their front door so that clients don't miss it, take off the parking criteria from Booking and also put some more storage options in their rooms. Also, I thought the price was a bit too expensive for what didn't feel a 4-stars hotel, despite the great location.

From the moment you confirm a reservation and the hotel staff contacts you there is an elevated sense of customer service. Staff helped make thoughtful local dinner reservations and offered to reserve for the duomo and other local museums. The valet service used to park cars was exceptional door to door in the otherwise pedestrian zone. Philippo at the front desk gets a special shout out for helping us with all our luggage and writing a kind welcome letter with a bouquet for our room. The dog bowls and bed were also really great. Fully stocked mini bar, coffee, tea and toiletries :)The location really can’t be beat. It’s gritty but great. Excellent for access to the Vitorio Emanuel 2 mall and the piaza del Duomo. Rooms are new in a boutique setting and the attention to the client was outstanding. We took breakfast on the roof deck and it was quiet serene. Thanks for everything. We hope to return. Lots of options around the area but we would go with the Streets.

Very nice hotel with one of the most helpful staff I have ever met. They had been in touch with me since I have made the reservation, suggesting their help for transfers and reservations, even for private visit to Duomo and the Last Supper. Location is excellent, close to Duomo, good enough for sightseeing, shopping and for exploring the spirit of Milano. Room was clean, spacious and with modern decoration, bed was comfortable. The only one thing I didn’t like was the amenities in the bathroom- very small bottles, falling down all the time between the bars of the shelf in the shower. But the whole experience with the hotel and all the restaurants and excursions they made for us, was very good, that’s why I can highly recommend this place.

I read A Ton of reviews on places I visit. Which is why I am second guessing myself on this hotel pick~ Hotel was in a great location. It’s hard to find bc it’s so close in the mix w everything! When you walk out you’re directly across a McDonald’s and all the shopping, etc, about 3-5 min from Duomo.

The staff is friendly. Helpful. The communication is VERY difficult, especially if you book through a third party. Booking, Expedia etc.. they can’t email you direct: don’t text and have their emails blocked if you try and reply through the third party app. Sounds like they only use WhatsApp, I called twice and the calls were very distorted. Not even worth the time to call..

[ ] Room was spacious, bed, bath large, modern as described.: what was missed and not sure if they hide these reviews? Super super noisy! The elevator only will fit two people and two carry on roller bags. ( it’s also a shared building ) it was crazy to wait 5 min on a elevator and have a construction person get to the bottom and have to unload all his tools, plywood, etc..) the reception and roof top area aren’t what you’d expect from another hotel.. there’s no lobby, there’s a lot of stairs. The gym is not a real gym it’s a few pieces. There’s no spa, ( they will order you a masseuse ) there’s not a roof top bar, ( there’s a roof top , and the desk person will make you drinks and bring them up ) it’s so loud at night after 11pm all you hear all the chairs being scraped on the concrete at closing, delivery trucks at 4am, people screaming at all hours. Even w ear plugs you could still hear the loud noise. Did I mention you go up the small elevator and walk to a door that’s outside entrance? We travel a ton, we stay in the city a ton, I would never ever ever want someone to spend the money on this place bc it’s so disappointing. We were only there one night, and chose it for the location.. after getting our bags and walking to a cab ( it’s close to so much so cabs can’t come to the door ) we saw two other actual hotels with revolving doors, real elevators, true reception desks. Duomo street It’s not at all worth it. Unless you want to be up all night, carry your bags up stairs, hear everything from the windows.. truly miserable. And it’s not just about the money; however $550+ for one night, you’d expect a bit more. The only way this hotel fits the bill is if you want retro modern Instagram pictures of your room. Worst place I have ever stayed. Staff helpful as they can be. Coffee maker in room. Showers are nice , bed, slippers, robes, still we stay all over Europe and this is by far the most noisy and really not the level of quality I think is...

From the moment I arrived at The Street Hotel Milano, I was struck by the ease of communication. The hotel offers the unique service of being able to contact them via WhatsApp at any time, a convenience I greatly appreciated, especially for simple queries like locating a nearby supermarket.

The staff at this hotel are exceptional. Their friendliness and dedication to service are unparalleled. Each member of the team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, making me feel genuinely cared for.

The hotel's cleanliness and modernity are noteworthy. The rooms and facilities are impeccably maintained, reflecting a high standard of quality. Moreover, the central location of the hotel is ideal for exploring the city.

A standout feature is the breakfast service. Options like a healthy smoothie and a wide range of choices were impressive. The flexibility to have breakfast delivered to your room or enjoyed on the rooftop added a touch of luxury to the start of each day.

The smooth check-in process was a precursor to the overall excellent service. The 24/7 reception and the thoughtful room and facility tour upon arrival were highly appreciated. It's rare to find such attention to detail and personalized care in a 4-star hotel.

But what truly sets The Street Hotel Milano apart is its staff. Every individual I encountered was incredibly friendly and took the time to assist with everything from room needs to advice on the best places to visit in the city. Their willingness to go the extra mile, offering services like WhatsApp communication, in-room breakfast, and personal assistance whenever needed, truly makes a difference.

In my extensive travels and experience with numerous hotels, The Street Hotel Milano stands out for its positive attributes. The combination of modern amenities, exceptional service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere makes it a top choice. This hotel isn't just a place to stay; it's a place that makes your entire travel experience better.

Thank you to everyone at The Street Hotel Milano who made this stay an unforgettable experience. The location, right in the heart of the city and near the iconic Duomo, was...
