Flower Burger — Restaurant in Milan

Went here with a friend to grab lunch after a day of sightseeing in Milan, but we were very dissapointed afterwards. First of all, we had to wait 20 minutes for two burgers, which doesn't seem like a lot, however the lady told us to wait outside as there were already plenty of people inside. The indoor area is incredibly tiny so only a few people can sit there, and the rest of them can sit outside, which is not a pleasant experience when it's 5°C outside. After almost half an hour we finally got our burgers and saw that 2 tables have turned free inside so we went and sat by the one next to the radiator as we were freezing at that point. The lady working there informed us that my friend and I can't sit there as there were 4 places by that table and told us to sit at the one next to the door where there were only 2 places. First, we were like fine, at least we're inside now, however in the next 10 minutes nobody sat by the other table and we were almost finished eating when a party of 3 sat down there... What's even worse is that people obviously kept opening the door and letting the cold in so at that point we could have just sat outside. After we finished eating we saw that there were no restrooms either. Would have been great to wash our hands after eating that messy burger, but oh well. On a more positive note after me complaining about everything, the burgers were actually decent. I can't say anything bad about them. The one thing I found strange is that I asked for the 'flower burger' which was supposted to contain a seitan based patty according to the menu, but it was actually some kind of bean or lentil based patty. It was still great, but I would have appreciated if someone told me that they had been out of the seitan patty or whatever because there was certainly no seitan in that thing. Anyways overall I am a bit dissapointed, not because of the food itself, but because of the whole experience. Wouldn't recommend going there unless you take your food home or back to your hotel and...

Hi Flower Burger. I hope you will reply to my post because i am a recurrent customer and i would like to understand. being vegan, I have been loving your burgers ever since i heard about you. At such point that i would pay you a visit if time allows. So today, craving your burgers i decided to do a take away. I ordered the spicy cecio (it was my first ever burger, so i grew to like it even though i tried the other ones, with mamma Mia included) with potato wedges because i honestly think they are they best. as soon as i received my order (i picked it up myself) i decided to dive into the chips. Imagine my deception when i tasted it! it was as if i was eating cardboard. I could tell they were clearly not fresh. The quantity too was surprising. This was my first disappointment. The second came when i ate the burger. Too much sauce, as if to hide the lack of freshness of the cecio burger. And indeed it was not fresh. I felt like i was eating junk food, new feeling for me when it comes to your menu. Today it was a big disappointment for me. I left my house just for your high quality burger and what i ate was less than what i am used from you guys. I mean i have been so satisfied with your burgers that i wrote an article and recommended you to all of my entourage. Now, i am writing you this post, not with the intention to downgrade you but really with the aim of understanding what went wrong. I surely hope you will take this post into consideration....

piacevole sorpresa a Milano. Era da anni che volevo provare una delle sedi del FlowerBurger a Milano, non essendoci alcun ristorante di questa catena nella mia zona, e finalmente a fine maggio 2023 ci sono riuscita. E, che dire, letteralmente stre-pi-to-so! Per esigenze di distanza ho dovuto ordinare da asporto (piattaforma JustEat). Ho optato per il nuovo kebroll, il kebab totalmente vegano da poco lanciato dal locale. È una bomba, gustosissimo, saporitissimo, molto più grande dei panini in rapporto al prezzo pagato. Era super ripieno, non mancava nessun ingrediente. Gli straccetti vegetali davvero gustose, la combo di salse spaziale, le verdure freschissime, la sfoglia di alga spirulina molto gustosa. Lo consiglio tantissimo. E il contorno di edamame si abbinava benissimo con tutto il resto, anche se pure degli spinaci o delle carote/melanzane croccanti non ci sarebbero state male assieme. Il rider è stato abbastanza veloce e non posso lamentarmi del tempo di attesa tutto sommato. Usufruendo di vari sconti ho pagato un menù solo 11€ e mi sono saziata davvero tanto con relativamente poco. Se proprio dovessi trovare un difetto direi che era leggermente troppo salato e avrei messo non un tubero come le patate SAVORY bensì qualcosa di più fresco (germogli di soia o zucchine), ma nulla di grave, saranno i miei gusti personali. Al telefono hanno risposto e la ragazza è stata cordiale gentile e collaborativa, mi ha dedicato il tempo che meritavo e mi ha spiegato ogni cosa nel dettaglio. Peccato che non mi abbiano portato il gadget portachiavi del Flower Burger perché non ho raggiunto il minimo di spesa necessario per averne diritto. Non posso ahimè giudicare il locale in sé, però il cibo, la cucina, il servizio, il rapporto qualità prezzo e la consegna sono stati impeccabili questa volta e non posso proprio lamentarmi. Bravissimi, 5 stelle meritatissime! Unico consiglio: fate sì che la rimozione di un ingrediente dia accesso all'aggiunta in SOSTITUZIONE di un altro elemento dal costo simile e non che ogni variazione sia contata come un'aggiunta da un euro. Spero che nel ristorante ci sia bagno e formula allyoucandrink di acqua come a La spezia dove sono già stata. Se non vi piacciono le piadine provate uno dei Patty al cecio (funky o spicy) oppure il Jungle (verde). Su richiesta mi hanno portato anche piattino, posate e tovaglioli. Provare...
