I am very disappointed Zara in Naple. They provide the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I never write reviews but I am really upset that I wasted my money with this company before and i just want other customers to be aware. we came all the way from USA to Naple and my wife was trying an skirt, the security guy with black pants and shirts came to us with very bad attitudes and ask us to leave store because they closing soon, while we still have plenty of time to store closing and he said my wife she is not allowed to try it on the skirt. I explained we still 15 minutes left and I have not seen such a bad behavior in united state. He mention here is not the USA and we have our roles here. AlsoI asked his named and here refuse and cover his badge card from me with the other hand. I explained the ZARA is an international company and has same roll all around the world but he laughs on me and said here we are diffrent here. I think ZARA has to have more spend time to train staff on costomer service on this branch. never ever go...

The problem is that it is too narrow to accommodate strollers. Additionally, the line to pay is always extremely long, causing further delays and frustration. My advice: if you're short on time, it’s better to...

They are working very slowly, meanwhile all of the workers speaks and scream with each other, telling stories and they are laughing. Really bad service. I am very surprised from Zara, but not from this city, this is the way how they work, can’t...
