Recently, I visited this shop to buy a metal belt with colorful stones that caught my eye in the window. Unfortunately, the shopping experience turned out to be quite unpleasant.

The staff — elderly people — were not welcoming at all. It felt as if they were unhappy that we bought only one inexpensive item. I had asked the price beforehand and also noticed the price tag, which showed €25.

After payment, we were not given a receipt at all. A few minutes later, my partner pointed this out and asked me to return to the shop for the receipt. We usually don’t check shops so closely when making purchases and normally keep receipts only for personal purposes. However, when I received the receipt, we were surprised to find that the amount was €29 instead of the stated €25. The difference is small, but the fact itself is very unpleasant. Because of this, we completely lost trust in the shop.

0n the 16 Sept 2025 we went into the shop we purchased a cosmetic metal fashion elt for women. These were 25 Euro. Instead we were charged 29 Euro. When we purchased the item, the middle plus aged women did not provide the receipt on purpose. My female partner went pack and asked for the receipt. We way we were overcharged. i would like to state to this lady do not take tourists for idiots especially when are of italian origin and can hear and understand your mannerisms and discussions with fellow staff. To be honest nothing less than a thieft. We did not go back to argue because for 4 Euro I was not going to make a scene.

l 16 settembre 2025 siamo entrati in un negozio e abbiamo acquistato un accessorio cosmetico in metallo per donna. Costava 25 euro. Invece ci è stato addebitato 29 euro. Quando abbiamo acquistato l'articolo, la donna di mezza età non ha volutamente fornito lo scontrino. La mia compagna ha fatto le valigie e ha chiesto lo scontrino. Ci è stato addebitato un sovrapprezzo. Vorrei dire a questa signora di non prendere i turisti per idioti, soprattutto se sono di origine italiana e possono sentire e capire i vostri modi di fare e le discussioni con i colleghi. A dire il vero, nientemeno che una ladra. Non siamo tornati a discutere perché per 4 euro non avevo intenzione di fare...

Beautiful clothes. Could have bought 1/2 of the shop 😁.. Super friendly and helpful assistant. Also gives good advise and helps to combine clothes with assesoirs. Will go back for sure if I'm...
