Honestly the supplies are very good price and also a lot of basic art supplies are available. If you want to do boxes they also available although not in great number, I've been to the store couple of times. But I got treated a little harshly by the young male staff, I know it's really hectic at the store and you are stressed out, I understand that. But I think it's very uncomfortable to be yelled at in front of many people (they said "WAIT A MOMENT!! I AM SERVING!" right in my face, ofc I was taken aback and almost has a seizure) I totally understand why you are pretty stressed out. But is it so hard to smile and said "I'm sorry I'm currently serving someone right now, I'll be right with you after I'm done with them? Thank you." And this goes to every staff too. The high level of customer service I received in this shop was astounding! I was shown courtesy and discretion while browsing; then in times of indecision, I felt like I had a personal shopping assistant who was knowledgeable and honest.

Il negozio è certamente molto fornito ma il personale tende a far comprare i prodotti più costosi indifferente a quelle che sono le reali esigenze "dell'artista'. Questa la mia esperienza. Entrato nel negozio e disorientato da tanta offerta ho chiesto aiuto ad un commesso al quale ho manifestato la necessità di acquistare dei pastelli a cera da far liquefatto sul quadro per colorarlo e che l'intenzione era di far amalgamare i colori durante la fusione, il commesso mi ha consigliato una marca particolare di pastelli, sconsigliano qugelli "commerciali" che portano il nome di un noto pittore. Alla cassa ho scoperto che il prezzo dei 12 pastelli a cera era di complessivi € 27 ... Il commesso ha continuato a decantarne le qualità ed io mi sono fidato. Giunto a casa e fatti i primi esperimenti ho subito verificato che non si scioglievano come decantato, neanche con il fon da carrozziere e che per stendere il colore era necessario il pennellino che ovviamente poi doveva essere pulito dalla c'era in eccesso. Solo per curiosità ho approfittato dei pastelli a cera di mia figlia, quelli del famoso pittore, per scoprire che diversamente da quanto affermato dal commesso si liqufanno con estrema facilità, i colori si amalgamano perfettamente tra loro ed a fine fusione l'effetto è esattamente quello voluto. A questo punto mi chiedo perché quel commesso mi ha fatto acquistare un prodotto estremamente costoso (€ 27 per 12 pastelli a cera) decantato qualità che non hanno e denigrando quelli molto meno costosi che hanno soddisfatto pienamente le...
