Мы жили в этом отеле 10 дней на Новогодние каникулы. Сначала мы жили вдвоём с женой в 2х-местном номере. При заселении нам предоставили номер в основном здании, хотя мы бронировали номер в соседнем. Номер был совсем малюсенький, вдвоём с двумя небольшими чемоданами там было не развернутся. Мы попросили предоставить нам номер побольше, всё таки предстояло прожить целую неделю в этом отеле. Нам предложили перейти в соседнее здание и предоставили номер с окнами выходящими на via Croce. Как нам объяснили, что это номер более высокой категории, т.к. окна выходят на улицу, а не во внутренний дворик. Это конечно хорошо если вы обладаете богатырским сном, а если нет, то с 5 утра начинается вывоз мусора из соседних кафе, а главное вывоз пустых бутылок, звон на всю округу и уже становиться не до сна. Номер был немногим больше, чем первый, на двоих только-только. Что бы включить мини-бар в розетку мне пришлось его отодвинуть и там оказалось очень много грязи и слои пыли. Так же слои пыли были в углах, на розетках, на выключателях, на шнурах электроприборов. Чайник был весь в пятнах и разводах, брать в руки его было просто противно. В чайных кружках на дне был засохший сахар. В ванной комнате в душе, около него и на биде были чужие черные волосы. У нас сложилось впечатление, что в номере давно никто не жил и не убирался. Но больше всего нам понравился ответ сотрудника отеля, «что пыль-это нормально», а про чужие волосы было сказано, «ну вероятно просто не заметили». Пришлось устроить небольшой скандал, после чего сотрудник по имени Олимпио пообещал сам убраться в номере и надо сказать выполнил своё обещание. Когда мы пришли с прогулки номер был вымыт и вычищен, чайник принесли новый. Мебель в номере пошарпанная, давно требует обновления, номер теплый. Ванная комната достаточно просторная, удобная, сантехника в хорошем состоянии, полотенцесушитель был постоянно тёплый, выходить из душа было не холодно и что-то посушить можно было. Полотенца меняли каждый день, а вот постельное бельё меняли только первые 2 дня. Убирались каждый день, но поверхностно. Звукоизоляция в номере плохая, слышно всё, что происходит в соседних номерах и в коридоре. ||После того как к нам приехала дочь мы переселились в 3х-местный номер в этом же здании. Номер был чуть больше чем наш 2х-местный, положить 3 чемодана и разложить вещи было просто не где. Я положил свой чемодан на пол под окно, а жена свой на прикроватную тумбочку. В номере была 2х-спальная кровать и разложенный диван как третье спальное место. Входная дверь в номер упиралась в торец этого дивана и из-за этого полностью не открывалась, поэтому приходилось входить в номер боком. И дверки шкафа полностью не открывались, они так же упирались в разложенный диван. Ванная комната была даже меньше, чем в нашем двухместном номере. При открытии двери в неё, ручка от этой двери оставалась у тебя руках. Штанга душа постоянно вылетала из крепления. Ну и самое неприятное, полотенцесушитель был постоянно холодным, соответственно в ванной было холодно и что-то посушить было невозможно. На все наши просьбы работники отеля отвечали, что полотенцесушитель работает по какой-то определённой программе, видимо одному ему только известной и что работу этой программы нельзя изменить. Это конечно же была только отговорка, так как в первом нашем номере полотенцесушитель был всегда теплым.||Чашу нашего терпения переполнил неожиданно отключившийся интернет. И хотя подключение по вай-фай было хорошее и стабильное, но невозможно было выйти в интернет. Мы позвонили на рецепшен и попросили перезагрузить систему, на что нам ответили, что у них всё хорошо и интернет работает. Пришлось пойти в основное здание, где действительно интернет работал нормально. Тогда мы попросили сотрудника отеля прийти в наш номер, на что нам было сказано, что это не имеет смысла, так как они видят, что система вай-фай работает стабильно. Пришлось устроить очередной скандал и только после этого к нам в номер пришёл сотрудник отеля. Он долго не мог понять, что мы от него хотим, ведь его телефон быстро подключился к сети и показывал полный приём сигнала вай-фай. Сказал, что видимо это проблема в моём телефоне. После того, как мы показали все наши гаджеты, которые по чему-то тоже никак не хотели выходить в интернет, он согласился открыть какой-нибудь сайт на своём телефоне. И только после того, как ему не удалось выйти в интернет со своего телефона, он согласился, что проблема существует и обещал донести её до руководства. Конечно же проблему не решили и до конца нашего пребывания мы были без интернета.||На завтрак ходили один раз, очень скудно. Завтракали в кафе на против, вкуснее и дешевле. Еще удивило, что в 4х-звёздночном отеле в номерах не было шампуня, только гель для душа. Общая проблема отеля, ему нужна генеральная уборка, пыль везде, во всём и в большом количестве. У дочери начался приступ аллергии, который проходил только на улице.||И в заключении о персонале. Сложилось впечатление, что ты интересен для него только когда расплачиваешься за проживание и выезжаешь из отеля. Единственный человек, который всегда старался нам помочь это сотрудник по имени Олимпио, за что ему большое спасибо! ||Единственный плюс этого отеля, его прекрасное месторасположение. Других плюсов, к сожалению, мы не заметили! ||Siamo stati ospiti di questo hotel durante le vacanze di Natale e Capodanno . All'inizio siamo stati in due, con mia moglie in una camera doppia. Al momento dell'arrivo ci hanno dato una camera nell'edificio principale della struttura, benche’ avessimo prenotato una camera nell’altro edificio dell’hotel. La camera era piccolissima: quando dico piccolissima intend che in due, con le valigie, era praticamente impossibile fare alcun tipo di mobimento! Abbiamo allora richiesto una camera piu’ grande, visto che avremmo dovuto trascorrere un’intera settimana in quell’hotel, e cosi’ ci hanno offerto di spostarci in un’altra stanza nel secondo edifico della struttura, con la finestra che dava su Via Santa Croce. Prima di cambiarci la camera ci hanno avvertito che la nuova sistemazione sarebbe stata di categoria superiore rispetto alla precedente in quanto la finestra dava direttamente sulla via e non sul cortile dell’edificio. Questo e’ assolutamente un plus secondo il mio personale punto di vista; peccato, pero’, che il camion dei rifiuti alle 5 di mattina faccia un rumore infernale e disturbi quindi anche il sonno piu’ pesante. Comunque, la nuova camera era leggermente piu’ grande della precedente, diciamo appena sufficiente per due persone. Veniamo dunque alle condizioni di pulizia della nuova camera. Per poter attaccare il mini-bar ala presa della corrente, ho dovuto spostarlo notando molto sporco e molti strati di polvere. la polvere era altresi’ presente negli angoli, sulle prese di corrente, sugli interruttori della luce, sui fili elettrici dei vari elettrodomestici. Il bollitore era tutto macchiato e sudicio, era semplicemente disgustoso anche solo prenderlo in mano. Sul fondo delle tazze da tè c'era dello zucchero seccato, lasciato, quindi nessuno le aveva lavate dopo i precedenti ospiti. Nella doccia, nel bidet, praticamente dappertutto in bagno era pieno di lunghi capelli neri. Da subito abbiamo avuto la netta impressione che nessuno abbia pulito la stanza per molto tempo. Ma soprattutto ci sono estremamente piaciute le risposte, o meglio le giustificazioni, del dipendente alla reception dell’hotel che alle nostre lamentele e’ uscito con frasi del tipo, "beh su, e’ normale che ci sia un po’ di polvere, sopratutto negli angoli", e per quanto riguarda i capelli, "beh, probabilmente non se ne sono accorti quelli che fanno le pulizie".||Chiaramente con mia moglie abbiamo dovuto arrabbiarci e solo dopo questo, l'impiegato della reception, che si chiama Olimpio, ci ha promesso di pulire lui stesso la stanza. Cosi’ e’ stato. In poche ore Olimpio ha pulito tutto, ha spolverato, ha sostituito il bollitore sudicio con uno pulito. ||Passando alla descrizione della stanza stessa posso affermare che I mobile e gli arredamennti erano piuttosto datati e avrebbero assolutamente bisogno di un ammodernamento. Il riscaldamento funzionava correttamente. Il bagno era abbastanza spazioso, e una volta pulito anche confortevole, gli impianto idraulici in buone condizioni, il portasciugamani era riscaldato e costantemente caldo, quindi decisamente utile. Gli asciugamani venivano cambiati ogni giorno, ma le lenzuola le hanno cambiate solo i primi 2 giorni. ||Anche le pulizie sono state fatte, seppur frettolosamente, ogni giorno. L'insonorizzazione nella stanza era terribile, si poteva senza alcun fatica sentire tutti i rumori provenienti sia dal corridoio che dale stanze adiacenti.||Qualche giorno dopo il nostro arrive ci ha raggiunti nostra figlia e quindi ci siamo trasferiti in una tripla, nello stesso edificio. In realta’ la stanza non era molto più grande della nostra doppia, e con tre valigie lo spazio si riduceva ulteriormente allora abbiamo messo una valigia sotto la finestra e una seconda sul como’. Il terzo letto in realta’ era un divano letto. ||Oltretutto il divano stesso impediva di aprire totalmente la porta di ingress per cui bisognava entrare o uscire dalla camera di lato. Stesso discorso per le porte dell’armadio, mentre il bagno era persino piu’ piccolo di quello della camera doppia.||La maniglia della porta del bagno ci e’ rimasta tra le mani ogni volt ache l’abbiamo toccata. La doccia volava costantemente fuori dal suo supporto. inoltre, il portasciugamani riscaldato era costantemente freddo, di conseguenza perdeva ogni utilita’.||Alla nostra richiesta di accenderlo e di farlo funzionare, il personale dell’hotel ci ha risposto che il portasciugamani si accendeva automaticamente in base al suo programma di funzionamento e che quindi non avrebbero potuto accenderlo. Falso, in quanto nella precedente stanza situate nel medesimo edificio funzionava correttamente.||Ho perso la pazienza quando ho fatto notare per telefono alla reception che nonostante il segnale del wifi fosse buono e soprattutto stabile, internet non funzionava assolutamente nel senso che non si riusciva ad aprire nessuna pagina web. Ho chiesto di riattivare il modem ma mi e’ stato risposto che non era necessario e che internet funzionava egregiamente. Peccato che per utilizzare internet sono dovuto andare ogni volta nell’edificio principale dell’hotel dove tutto funzionava senza problem.||Solo dopo aver alzato la voce un dipendente dell’hotel e’ venuto nella nostra stanza per cercare di capire il problema della connessione. ||Prima non capiva cosa volessimo da lui, perche’ sosteneva che sul suo smartphone il segnale fosse eccellente, poi ha detto che probabilemente non era un proble di internet ma un problema del mio telefono, gli ho fatto cosi’ notare che anche lo stesso problema si presentava anche con gli altri nostril telefoni e con i tablet e solo dopo questo si e’ convinto a provare internet con il suo personale telefono, e ammettendo quindi il problema del non funzionamento e promettendo di riportare il problema al direttore dell’hotel. Posso comunque dire che fino alla fine del nostro soggiorno il problema non e’ stato risolto.||A colazione siamo andati una sola volta. Terribile. Quindi siamo sempre andati a fare colazione in un bar dall’altra parte della strada, molto piu’ buono e decisamente piu’ a buon mercato.||Incredibile inoltre che in hotel a 4 stelle non ci sia lo shampoo in bagno ma solo il gel doccia.||In generale posso affermare che il problema principale e’ che l’hotel ha davvero necessita’ di una pulizia generale perche’ c’e’ davvero polvere ovunque e in grandi quantita’. Mia figlia ha avuto anche un attacco di allergia che e’ magicamente scomparso uscendo per strada. ||E concludiamo parlando del personale dell’hotel. Ho l’impressione che il cliente diventi importante e il centro delle loro attenzioni solo nel momento in cui salda il conto e lascia l’hotel! L'unica persona che ha sempre cercato di aiutarci è un dipendente che si chiama Olimpio, per cui lo ringraziamo moltissimo! Non aggiungo altro…||L’unico vantaggio della struttura e’ la sua posizione eccellente e strategica. Onestamente faccio enormemente fatica a trovare altri aspetti positivi.||We were staying in this hotel during the Christmas and New Year holidays. At first we were in two, me and my wife, in a double room. When we arrived, we were given a room in the main building of the hotel, even if we had booked a room in the other building of the hotel. Then we requested a larger room, since we had to spend an entire week in that hotel, and so we were offered to move to another room in the second building of the hotel, with the window overlooking at Via Santa Croce. Before changing the room we were informed that the new accommodation would have been of a higher category than the previous one because the window looked directly on the street and not on the courtyard of the building. This is absolutely a plus according to my personal point of view; pity, however, that the garbage truck at 5 in the morning makes a hellish noise and then disturbs even the deepest sleep. However, the new room was slightly larger than the previous one, let's just say enough for two people. So let’s talk about the cleaning conditions of the room. In order to attach the power socket of the mini-bar, I had to move it, noticing that there were many layers of dust. The dust was also present in the corners, on the power sockets, on the light switches, on the electric wires of the various electric appliances. The kettle was all stained and grimy, it was just disgusting to even touch it. On the bottom of the teacups there was some dried sugar left, so no one had washed them after the previous guests. In the shower, in the bidet, almost everywhere in the bathroom there were lots of long black hair. Immediately we had the distinct impression that no one has cleaned the room for a long time. We had breakfast in a cafe in front, it was tastier and cheaper. Another surprise was that in the 4-star hotel there was no shampoo in the rooms, only shower gel. The general problem of the hotel is that it needs a general cleaning, there is dust everywhere and in large quantities. Read moreProfound disappointment! Life it's all about style and honesty. Unfortunately they both are unknown to the Condotti’s management and personal! Our stay at the Condotti Boutique Hotel from November 13 to the 16, 2023, was a true nightmare that started when for two days in a row beginning on the 15th, we were unable to shower due to the absence of hot water. Incredibly on November 15th, when we returned from breakfast, we found the door of our room fully open and 3 plumbers had taken over our room and denied us access for over half day. You can imagine our disbelief when we discovered that they had, without our presence and without requesting our permission, with their filthy hands, rummaged through our lingeries, clothings and belongings which they haphazardly moved from the walk-in closet were they were neatly stored to our bedroom. Eventually a second unauthorized intrusion followed the plumbers one, this time by the hotel staff, that despite our specific request not to touch and therefore move our personal effects back from the bedroom to the wardrobe, ignored our request and violated for the second time our privacy, just as the plumbers did earlier! Additionally when we returned to our room on the evening of November 15th discovered that the wardrobe had been left by the plumbers flooded and full of muddy footprints. Clearly no one cared to clean the room after them! The biggest and most frustrating part was waking up on the morning of the 16th, after staying up until 2.30 in the morning packing up our bags as we were to depart, and since we had been unable to do it earlier, due to been denied access to the room to allow the plumbers to work and to discover that, after all the inconveniences we had been put through, we still couldn't shower because there was still no hot water! It’s very difficult to excuse the inability of the Hotel staff to resolve the situation which, instead of remedying the consequences of a mechanical failure, by moving us to another room, preferred to transform our stay into a nightmare, incapable like proved to be to find a solution, demonstrating a profound lack of professionalism and problem solving skills. I bet that even the cheapest bed and breakfast it would have handled the situation better! Despite our numerous requests and attempts to speak with the Director of the Hotel, he kept denying himself starting from the morning of the 15th and kept hiding until our departure on the 16th! Ultimately declined to take full responsibility and shamefully, without my authorization, charged my credit card despite the front desk assurance at 8:45am on November 16th day of our departure, that they would have let the security deposit expire and that there would have be no further charges to my credit card. Read moreMY FELLOW AMERICANS PLEASE READ. We stayed at their hotel couple of weeks a go. The house keeping throw my aligners away which cost me $99 to replace them. So I went to the reception desk and told them what happened and requested to take that amount off of the bill. They said let us see what we can do. The next day we were checking out and so I asked them what we are going to do about this. the manager came out. I explained him what happened and all he did was to point his finger at me that it is absolutely my fault and that there is nothing they can do about and it was all in a very disrespectful tone. Then I was like okay well I guess my fellow Americans deserve to know how you treat your guests. The interesting part was that he smirked and said we do not need Americans to come to our hotel, we get people from all over the world! So now if you are in a customer service business, you know that you never ever speak to your customers like that. EVER! So I promised myself to come and tell you all about what happened. So if you are the kind of person who would like a peace of mind when on vacation and expect to be treated with respect, then I highly suggest picking another hotel because if for whatever reason something happens there, they are the last kind of people you would like to deal with! Plus the rooms are super small, the photos on their website are misleading. They do not have iron in the room so if you are on a business trip or even pleasure but have clothes that need to be ironed, I think you should know in advance. They say on their website that they have laundry services but it seems that the machine is always broken. We got stuck in a thunder storm. When we got back to the hotel, it was around noon and they said that it's too late to do the laundry today. We need to call back in the morning. When I called the next morning, they said that the machine has been broken and they have not gotten a chance to fix it. They have not gotten a chance? I was like for real? We have our wet clothes sitting in our tiny room without even having a place to hang them for a day and now you tell us the machine has been broken for days? They said you can go couple of blocks down to pay to get them cleaned and they did not even bother to offer to pay for it since it's a part of their service to their guests anyways!!! I know that I'm not their only unhappy customer, so I would say is that it's very unfortunate for the hotel to be run by people like him and wish them all the luck in the world because sooner than later they will need it!
