Had an excellent experience with these guys. Online booking was stress free, pricing was reasonable. Easy to find the place and no delays when we picked up our stuff. Helpful and cheerful fellow (who I assume is the owner?) got our boots and skis/boards sorted and off we went.

Unfortunately my Dad had a nasty ski accident and ended up being heli-lifted to a nearby ICU 3 days into the 6 day booking, which obviously meant he could not ski.

The owner was very sympathetic and humane and refunded the remaining days on my Dad's rental no questions asked, taking away one of the many stresses for my family during a hard time, and allowed us to continue using the ski locker.

I'd like to think that for being so good to my family he will benefit in some way, so if you can't decide where to rent from in Ortisei, please book...

I would recommend this ski hire shop to anyone visiting Val Gardena for a skiing trip.

Rudi, the man in charge, is friendly, proactive and helpful. They quickly sorted out our ski, boot and other equipment requirements. They were very happy to change boots for my son on day two, as they said they would be. Convenient, reasonably priced, heated lockers at the back of the shop to keep your skis etc in during your rental. Excellent Service and Great Bikes!

I rented a bike from SG Sport Gardena Bike during my trip to Alpe di Siusi and was really impressed. The staff were kind and helpful. I accidentally damaged the bike on the mountain, and they came to pick me up without charging extra — even though I didn’t buy the insurance. They were polite, drove safely, and even showed me scenic views on the way down.
