La sua professionalità e il suo approccio amichevole hanno reso lo shopping un vero piacere. Il negozio offre una vasta gamma di scarpe di vari brand, tra i quali possiamo trovare anche la manifattura italiana, caratterizzate da una qualità e un design eccezionali. Came in this shop trying to find a particular model of scarpa hiking boot which I saved on my phone. Picked up a pair that looks similar however the staff immediately snatch it out of my hands twice. Absolutely rude and NASTY staff. Snapped at me saying not to go to the internet. Why can't I? You control customers usage of their phones now? The best part is I am just trying to search for the model in the shop which the staff is clearly not providing that assistance. Don't need to patronize this shop as they don't need the business. If I could give 0...

Normalerweise würde es keinen Stern geben, da der Kundenservice unter aller Sau ist !! Der Versand kommt aus Italien, dementprechend dauert es bis zwei Wochen, was eigentlich nicht schlimm ist ausser das Paket wird vom Zusteller nicht geliefert ! Nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen wurde erst vertröstet und danach reagiert nachdem man bei dem Zusteller nachgehackt hatte. Nach einem Monat kam das Paket dann an, leider war die Ware beschädigt und die Rücksenden kostet 18€ die nicht zurück erstattet wird, da man einfach mit einen Kommentar abgespeist wird wie "Das Problem wurde mit einer einfachen Bürste gelöst",die Bestellung wurde daraufhin sofort von Rabanser storniert !! Ich Persönlich werde hier nicht mehr bestellen und eine Beschwerde an den Schuhhersteller ist auch schon unterwegs. Es gibt mehrere Internetseiten die von denen Betrieben werden, unter anderem...
