We had researched this shop prior to visiting Ortigia and were not disappointed! Marco and Simona gave us a warm welcome on arrival and Marco explained how he created his rings that were inspired by Mount Etna 🌋. We each chose a ring to use as our wedding band. Each ring is unique and original. We absolutely love them and can’t wait to exchange them in our wedding ceremony ❤️ My partner also bought a shirt from their boutique. We liked the shop so much we returned and bought another! It also gave us chance to say hi to the lovely couple again. Arrivederci Marco and Simona ….a presto!! Lisa & Andy.

Beautifully laid-out shop run by a friendly couple from Milan. I never wear jewellery but felt inspired to buy myself a malachite bracelet that I found here. Worth stopping by even if you are not looking for something in particular.

I visited baco during a recent trip to Ortigia (April 2024) and loved this gorgeous artisan shop filled with beautiful things from the moment I walked in. Restraining myself from buying something immediately I enjoyed a couple of repeat visits before deciding on a unique silver ring from the Lava collection. Wonderfully friendly shop who craft their jewellery in the store. Ever-smiling even when dealing with people struggling with Italian. Lovely selection of hand-made Sterling silver jewellery with is extremely classy and looks like it costs 50 times more than it does. Also a nice selection of colourful men’s shirts.
