The place really surprised us because it was hidden in the small streets of the city. I would say it is a little bit overpriced. However it was really delicious. We ordered the mixed cone together with some curly fries and I will tell you these were the best curly fries I've ever tried in my life. Everything is made to order which makes you wait a little bit, but they have small cute tables where you can sit and just watch the people traffic while your order is being prepared and then enjoy the hot hot sizzling food as you pick it up. I barely write reviews, but I felt like this was a tourist trap. Didn’t feel welcome at all, they were just screaming in Italian that our food was ready! Really strange as we were the only guests at that time and they didn’t tell us in advance that we should pick it up from the counter?

Have been in Sicily for 1 week after trying everyday to find mixed calamari as YUMMY as some we had on the 2nd floor of the market in Florence in 2019- we found it here- it was fresh and hot and seasoned to perfection!!!
