When I got home, I noticed that the item I had purchased had a small defect (the paint was coming off). I contacted the shop, and they immediately responded with kindness and professionalism. I had at first given this place five stars because they have unique gifts that I haven’t seen replicated and are modern looking….i bought a notebook (not a sketch book) and assumed the pages were lined. They aren’t. I should have checked. I also bought a tote bag, you choose the design and they give you one folded and wrapped, later when I went to use it I noticed the ink had smeared onto the beige parts and when I rub it the ink comes off on my hand!!
