What a find! It’s a small food truck parked opposite of Lake Villa Kawaguchiko, open only on Fridays and Saturdays from 6pm.

They serve three kinds of ramen, we went for the tonkotsu miso based one. It was super delicious! The broth was rich and full of flavours, noodles were perfectly cooked and the meat was melting in your mouth.

It’s a takeaway place, but there is also a small table for customers who want to eat there. In case it gets busy, there are also few benches around so you can sit and enjoy...

When we checked into the hotel (Lake Villa Kawaguchiko) at night, wondering what to eat for dinner, the owner recommended this ramen truck right in front of the hotel. It was SO good that we went back for second bowel immediately after finishing the first (and the owner looked very shocked at first which is hilarious). It has 3 soup bases - all of them...
