The quality of the food is average, and the staff's attitude is extremely poor. After serving the dishes, they did not provide any explanation, so I followed the instructions on the diagram and requested to light the grill. The diagram clearly indicated that you could grill the beef before eating, but the staff signaled that it should be eaten directly and that we could not use the grill. After repeatedly requesting, they reluctantly lit the grill for us, but their attitude was extremely bad, throwing the plate onto the grill. I give 5 stars for this place because: They give hot tea instead of the usual cold water in other Japanese restaurant The staff speaks English and are very friendly They give explanations about the food and the instructions on the table, in Japanese and English, so it's easy for me to enjoy the food They give free rice (unlimited) if you add them as a friend on LINE

First time patronising this restaurant chain and turn out to be the worst experience ever.. Ordered the aging striploin turn out that the colour of the meat is not is shown on the menu. The meat is not red and it is definitely overcooked. Asked the non-japanese staff (hoping he can understand me) why is that different from the menu and compared with what my friend ordered (sirloin).
