Service wasn’t as nice as other places, only the checkout person was nice. Best kaiten sushi experience we had in Japan. While slightly pricier than other similar places, the nigiri had just a small amount of rice and generous, thick slices of fish. Very poor service I meet in Japan! I come to this shop on 7.8.2025. The receptionist is very rude and impolite. Even I complain the receptionist to shop manager. The manager doesn’t apologise to me.
