Update - I posted this review saying I was overcharged by 1 items that I did not buy in early Dec. Today, I received a refund from the shop. Thanks for reviewing the reviews and even taking action to refund me. I'm super impressed by the after sales services. I will recommend this shop definitely.

Was delighted to find a cute Sumikko shop and went L2 where there were cute plushies. However, when I returned to the hotel and checked the receipt, I was charged for 4 items instead of 3. When I was paying, I already thought the total bill was too expensive for the 3 items and asked the sales girl for the individual price of each item but we can't converse as she speaks no English and I can't understand Japanese. Should have checked the receipts before I left the shop as I thought the higher than expected bill was due to the items being more expensive than I thought which I din mind paying for. I chose to buy a limited edition magnet which sell only at kiyomitsu branch. When I paid at the casheir, the manner of woman staff is really bad. Since she can speak english, but she chose to speak japanese with me at first and rolled her eye at me because of my poor japanese.
