The worst ever experience in Japan, not recommend people to visit this shop~!!

The staff is super rude and impolite. I bought some ceramic decorations, which are literally fragile; but she just warped them with a very thin bubble paper, although I asked for a box to protect them, she just refused and show the attitude that telling me “take it or leave it”… And the most surprised me was she didn't treat them as fragile items at all, she hit those ceramic decorations by her big metal ring and also hit them to the table during the wrapping process….. I told her she is rude... and so surprisingly she replied me "I'm not rude, thank you~"...... Explicitly she does not know it is all about how customer receive her service and attitude, not about how she thinks/says about herself....

And one of those ceramic decorations is broken although I was bringing them very carefully all the way....
