If I could give zero stars, I would. Customer service was nowhere to be found. Girls in the front were rude, giving nasty looks and had to wait 10-15 minutes for someone to check if they had a size for a t-shirt. The store is 10 feet wide, why does it take so long? When checking out, workers are supposed to show the shirt and size, but no one did that. Instead they just put the shirt on the counter and checked me out when it was my turn. When I get back to the hotel, turns out they gave me the wrong shirt! When I noticed I returned to the store and asked for an exchange for the correct shirt. The girl in the front with duck nails rolled her eyes and made someone else help me. When another worker asked what is the problem I explained to her this was not the shirt I wanted and I wanted the Osaka exclusive t-shirt. After the worker was going back and forth with the manager translating, they said no return or exchange. I even showed the Bape policy which stated if it was their negligence they would do an exchange or refund if the item was out of stock. They did not help me get an exchange or refund, instead they just stood there shaking their head no. Ridiculous. Don’t even bother...
Read moreWent in at 745pm not knowingly it is soooo far from the crowded area eg. Shinsaibashisuji/Dotonburi hence took a long walk in the cold weather. My son need the toilet urgently hence we decided to went in and he ask for the nearest toilet while i shop for my relative. Instead the lady salesperson giving a reluctant answer and say have to go to the subway station for the toilet! It was a 10mins walk from the subway station to the shop and I ask her so if u want to go toilet you also go to the subway station? So funny this lady salesperson and it clearly shows how undertrained the staffs were. When reached saw quite a few customers inside and i was selecting for my relative and after awhile they prompted me that they will be closing soon and i have chosen 3 T shirts and wanted to get a few more, instead another salesman block my way and say no more close already and ask me to make payment for the 3 T shirts. Having spent 23000¥ receive such bad attitude I experienced in Japan. If not helping my relative to buy, i will not go in. Seriously they need to go for training they aren’t even fit to be a salesperson! And the stock...
Read moreWent there when it opened,2-3 people lining up outside. Went inside and the staff were greeting people but no smile and they can speak English. Tax free if you give them your passport. Prices go from 7000-8000¥ for a simple shirt like for example the bape logo with camo print, didn't have my size tho but it's ok. There is 1 counter per floor and if you're at the second floor u can go to the counter on that floor to ask for the sizes but you have to pay downstairs and yes, they don't give you the bag once you purchase the item, they leave it there for you to take it yourself but staff were not rude just a little emotionless and yes, they don't have changing rooms and idk what girl are they talking about when it comes to rudeness because there were like 3 girls working there. (For those people wondering, if you buy 1-2 shirts they will put it in the same small blue bag and if you buy more than that maybe they will give u another small blue bag or...
