I had a wonderful purchasing experience with Daikokuya in both stores at Osaka Minami and in Fukuoka. There was a watch that I was interested in but it was located in the Tokyo store. As I was travelling, the female sales rep in Osaka kindly arranged for the watch to be sent from Tokyo to Fukuoka in time so I could have a look at it when I arrived based on my travel itinerary.
