SHOGUN BURGER — Restaurant in Osaka

Google did not mention anything about a break time so we went around 2:30pm to avoid the wait and long lines. However, as soon as we walked in, the staff said they were closing dine in option right after the customer before us ordered (they were able to order as dine in option) and said we could order as take out and eat outside on a small patio table.

We were fine with that option and ordered take out and waited, and the staff put a sign on the door that said they were no longer taking orders in Japanese & English. Then there was a Japanese woman who came after us and after a short conversation with the staff, she was able to order a dine in option and sat inside. We were confused but still waited without saying anything out of courtesy. Then another group of foreigners came in and they also ordered for dine in option and sat inside, and the staff took the sign down. So we were very confused on why we were the only group that had to order a take out and eat outside so I asked the staff if we could eat inside and she sighed and said yes which was very rude.

We ended up eating inside with our take out wrappers (dine in option came with burgers on dishes) and we noticed that if we hadn't dined in, we wouldn't have been able to get any sauces or napkins they offered inside.

the burgers were okay but not amazing and the patties were chewy. not really worth the wait...

We had avocado cheese burger. Taste was ok, but the meat had small/big cartilage like things inside and it wasn't cooked homogeneously. There were raw parts inside which made me disgusted. We waited at least 30 min outside to get in and while we were ordering they said potato and onion fries are sold out! It was only around 7pm. How this can be possible? Why your stocks are not sufficient? We could only eat the burger and nuggets but ofc we were hungry when we left. Plus, the waiting time after ordering was about 40 min. We were quite pissed because of their slowness as usual Japanese. Plus, it was very cold outside but they kept us waiting there while there are lots of empty spaces inside. The organization and management is very weak here. Burger makers seems not very well prepared regarding the number of guests they accept inside. They are even not well prepared to stock enough for a day. We went to Mc Donald's nearby after here. I'm sorry if I was so harsh but please take this as an oppotunity to improve...
