The food was very delicious, it was soft and crispy skin. ** But be careful because my husband's shoes was missing here !!!!!!!!!!!
This restaurant, customers must to take off their shoes before sitting at the table, which is normal for restaurants in Japan (I was happy to do it because I understand the culture here)
After we finish lunch and pay money, we found that my husband shoe were missing. It seems that someone intentionally switched my husband's shoes because my husband's shoe is oncloud with black color, but the shoe left at the shop is newbalance with blue color and doesn't same size. They are not the same at all.
I asked staff for help, but they can't helpful. I asked to see the CCTV in front of the restaurant. The staff said that it would take a long time to request the CCTV from the building manager, and even if I got the clip, I might not see the person who took the shoes, and even if I see that person, I couldn't track him down. So, it meen they couldn't do anything.
I was secretly sad that I couldn't do anything because the restaurant opens from 11.00 am to 14.00 pm. The staff was neary close the restaurant.
In the end, I only got an apologise from the staff. I could only leave my contact at the shop.
After that, I contacted the restaurant by Line, and hoping manager will help us. The restaurant read the message but did not reply.*
Finally, I would like to leave a message to the restaurant. I am happy to follow the restaurant rule that must take off the shoes before sitting down and am glad to eat delicious food here.
But I think that it would be much better if you could provide some help and take some responsibility for this incident. I hope the restaurant will has a system to manage customers' shoes and prevent them from being mixed up or worn incorrectly. That...
Read moreI’m surprised about the amount of 5 star reviews, then I saw a poster in the establishment offering candy for reviews. Then it all made sense.
My first impression was that it was a tourist trap as all the customers were Korean or Chinese.
Secondly, the service wasn’t very friendly. They didn’t seem like they were very welcoming, just more interested in getting us seated, then constant peaks to see if we were near finishing the food.
On to the food. The seasoning was good, but it wasn’t the best I’d eaten for eel. We ordered the one that came with broth, the broth didn’t taste like too much either.
I’m disappointed because it could have been better if the prices were a better reflection of the quality. I paid 2,500yen for half and my partner 3,500yen for a full eel. I appreciate it’s a delicacy but it felt steep for what it was.
I hope we can see more honest reviews rather than reviews...
Read moreIf you want delicious Stir-fried Eel with Rice, come here But the wait was too long After arriving at the store at 12:30, there were about 3 teams waiting in front, and we continued to wait, thinking that people would fill up quickly. As a result, the time we sat down was 13:50, the time that the food was served was 14:20, and the time we finished eating was 14:25. This eel with rice is better value for money, delicious and good. However.. considering the waiting period, I wonder if the opportunity cost is correct? If you wish, we strongly recommend that you make a reservation.
Personally, considering the store owner's omission of orders and table rotation, it was not smooth and frustrating, but more than that, he...
