Let me tell you this, when we told the female sales that we decided not to buy the shoes from her anymore, she rolled her eyes, murmured in Japanese and chuckled with another male sales on site. Both of them were laughing in a very disrespectful, dismissive manner. Do you think that would be a comfortable situation for us to report to anyone on site? So instead of gaslighting us saying it is our fault, put more effort into improving your employee training. After all these months, you donāt seem to have any improvement at all.

I called in the morning if the can fix the issue and was told to visit the store for replacement of defective shoes. went there changing flight for Tokyo just to change crocs. The male staff was nice and friendly but the lady was not trying to coordinate. She showed me "No Exchange , no refund policy" sign. I explained that I didn't wanted to exchange nor refund, just wanted a correct pair. They made me wait more than half an hour until the Lady Manager came in and said the same policy. I said I didn't wanted refund or exchange but a correct pair. Then she started yelling in Japanese Language which she's knew we don't understand. and then a moment later she told me to leave.
visiting Japan was our dream and we went there, everything was so good and amazing until we visit this store. She even ask where I was from knowing I was brown faced, then I said Australia and she became quiet. Another racism act.
Later on I check their website, and found that defective pair will be exchanged to a right one. also I have seen lot of bad reviews about her behaviour to customers and I became another victim.
The owner should take a consideration action about that.
I still have the same pair which cost me 110AUD$...
