LSPA — Local services in Osaka

Visited on the night of 28 March 2023. My therapist was Ayaka Ueno. I have to say this is one of the best session I had done during my travels (possibly the best among all my spa experiences as well).

Session was booked with Google, and I arrived 30 mins prior to the session. The entire spa was clean and it was a classy look.

What impressed me the most was, there's a bath which was already prepared for me. I had a 10-minute dip in the bath before the session started. Ayaka was really professional, she tried her best to enquire which part of my body requires working on more and then she began the job. Also note that there's a massive communication barrier as Ayaka spoke minimal English while I speak zero Japanese. But the entire time, there were no forms of miscommunication at all.

Usually, I will stay awake during the entire treatment but this one, Its either I am too tired from walking over a week or the massage is really very soothing. She has a small frame but the strength of the treatment was excellent. Ayaka was also constantly checking if the strength was OK, does she need to do it harder or softer. I was able to rest well throughout the entire 90-min session.

A big five star for her service. Whenever she wants to use something warm to lay on my body or whenever she requires me to turn or tuck my hands into the towel, she will politely alert me to do it. Very professional.

I am not sure if I will come back to osaka again, but if I do, I will definitely visit them again. The choco jelly at the end of the session was delicious!

A high-end massage shop in the central business district It was very close to our hotel, so we went there on the night we checked in. At about 10 o'clock, they said there were no vacancies and they would not accept us💁🏼‍♀️We accepted it and chose to come again at around 9 o'clock the next night, but there were still no vacancies, so we booked a couple's premium package for the third day, and finally succeeded! But I have to mention that none of their employees can speak English, so the first two times I took out Google Japanese translation. The staff here gave me the feeling that we are not short of customers, and we don’t have any service before paying, and their attitude is not very good. When I came for a massage on the third day, the attitude changed completely. The staff took the initiative to take out Google translation and would take you to a 30-minute hot spring bath first, and then start foot bathing and massage. The massage was really good and comfortable😌 From the technical point of view of massage, I really recommend their place! But the service attitude needs to be improved! When I read other reviews, I felt even more angry. Other guests were served dessert, but we bought the most expensive service and only had two glasses...

My wife and I had been traveling for vacation throughout Japan for 2 weeks and were looking to get a nice massage treatment. I found this spa from Google and it was such a nice find!

We did the couples pair room 100 minute massage. It comes with 25 minutes to shower and bathe beforehand and some time afterwards to shower and bathe as well. They let us choose which massage oil we wanted from a selection of wonderful scents. The massage was fantastic. They did a great job working my muscles.

The service was top tier and very welcoming. They also provided us with a drink of our choice afterwards like tea and some other interesting options. I'd highly recommend this spa to others looking for a nice spa...
