What an AMAZING experience at the Shiseido Osaka salon. Mr. Kazuma Takagi helped us to book four appointments for my two sons, daughter, and me. Above and beyond customer service, unparalleled. Ms. Kayo Nozomi did a wonderful job with the cut and color matching the color based on my skin tone. She took her time to make sure everything was perfect. Even though we do not speak Japanese, the entire crew made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. We are so grateful and highly recommend this fabulous salon! Thank you! My youngest wanted to look like Monkey D. Luffy , and Ms. Yokota Kumi delivered on point. He was smiling from ear to ear - absolutely loved it! Thank you to this superb team!

Did a facial and colour with treatment. The reception from Kaku-san was fantastic and the care given to ensure comfort was top-notch. Nothing less from a Japanese establishment. Products used are from the benefique and cle de peau range. My facial therapist was Arai-san and her massaging skills were excellent. Although facial procedures were slightly different from Singapore’s, the massage alone was enough and worth the money. Colouring process was pretty standard but I appreciate the lady (didn’t get her name) to wash my hair thoroughly yet carefully. Great experience though I will try maybe smaller salons next time. I spent 466,400 yen for both services.
