I had an awful experience at this Stussy store with a male staff member who spoke Chinese. His attitude was extremely rude and arrogant. He was unwilling to explain the store’s fitting room policies clearly and showed no patience. Instead, he mocked me and insulted me in Japanese while talking to other staff members. Staff was very rude, Tall thin man with curly short hair. Left us waiting outside the fitting room for some time, and was disrespectful when we finally approached the empty room to see if it’s vacant.

Upon trying the clothes, instantly came by and snatched them from my hands to return to shelves without a word.
