Vivienne Westwood Shinsaibashi Store — Local services in Osaka

I had a truly disappointing experience at this store. I came in yesterday hoping to buy a pendant, but no one greeted me or offered any help. The staff clearly saw me, yet completely ignored me. The only time someone approached was to tell me not to take photos after they noticed my phone — even though I wasn’t taking any pictures. This isn’t a museum, and it felt absurd to be treated that way just for holding a phone.

I left feeling deeply upset and unwelcome. It’s disheartening that in the 21st century, customers are still treated with such disrespect. This experience genuinely ruined my impression of the brand and caused me emotional distress. I will never buy anything from this brand again. What should have been a pleasant shopping experience instead left me with a lasting sense of disappointment — not only in the store, but in my trip to Japan as a whole. I visited the store at about 3.30pm on 3 Mar. Terrible staff, unbelievably terrible attitude. I entered the shop without any presence of staffs, waited for a while, she came out, I asked if the shop carries the items I’m looking for; “no” she replied with terribly sneering response. On top of that, she didn’t even try to give suggestion on where/ which Vivien Westwood stores should I try. Unbelievably terrible.

It would be nice if the staff could just reply “no” with sympathetic facial response with suggestion, as the items I’m looking for are Vivien Westwood anyway.

WORST shopping experience EVER!!!!! I didn’t hear any greeting at first place, and then I was followed and stared by the staff all the time, been treated like a thief!!!!
