We were drawn to the 5-star reviews but unfortunately, we did not have such a positive experience. If you’re Japanese and can speak Japanese, I would avoid this place at all costs. We were actually visiting from the US and we were looking forward to this experience. We felt rushed the entire time and the staff members were not patient in answering questions even during the initial explanation. After we waited for about 10-15 mins, we were surprised to learn that they made our rings themselves so they can save time. None of this was explained to us. We only got to polish the pre-made rings for about 5 mins, which defeats the whole purpose of a ring-making experience. We were still charged the 1000 yen/person sitting fee. On the other hand, the non-Japanese foreigners were able to stay later and one person was still hammering by the time we left. They were not rushed out of the door like we were and another Japanese couple were. Perhaps if you’re a foreigner this might be a good experience but if you’re Japanese, you won’t receive the same kind of treatment. The whole experience was great. When we got there we were the only ones and our instructor was very nice and helpful. She didn’t speak english but we were able to communicate through google translate easily. We were able to choose the colour, thickness of band, size, finishing and also what to engrave on our rings. It was a rather fun experience and the ring is very shiny. I wear it every other day and so far so good. I also want to share that we dropped one of our rings in Osaka and were unable to retrieve it. The team was very helpful when I reached out to them to request for postage to my home country. While payment wise I had to ask my Japanese friend, they were very patient and efficient in responding to my emails. Great work and excellent customer service. I had a good experience at this custom ring store. The atmosphere was friendly, and the staff was knowledgeable, which made the process of creating my own ring pretty straightforward.

I appreciated the variety of options available for metals and gemstones, allowing me to put my own twist on the design. The staff was helpful in guiding me without being pushy, which I liked.
