I had an amazing experience at LIM. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff and immediately felt at ease. I did a walk-in haircut and treatment. I was lucky enough to have Masato as my stylist and he did such an incredible job! From the moment I sat in his chair, I felt completely at ease. I wanted long layers and showed him an inspo photo. He walked me through each step during the consultation, explaining how he would achieve the look I wanted. His attention to detail and craft was on point, and the end result was exactly what I hoped for. My hair looks stunning, and it’s so soft now too! Masato’s English is fantastic, which made communication so easy. He even showed me how to style my hair, which I really appreciated. Honestly, this is probably one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had. I highly recommend Masato for anyone looking for a skilled stylist. I might have to come back to Japan just to get a haircut from Masato haha....

Very polite and friendly staff who try their hardest. There was a language barrier as I don’t speak Japanese but they tried hard to understand my request. Unfortunately, it didn’t turn out well. I wanted a simple and smooth blow dry and they struggled to do it. I do have thicker/frizzy/curly hair but if they systematically section it and pull properly with the brush, it would have been fine as it is for me back home the hundreds of times I’ve gotten it done.
