The place is really nice.

I actually enjoyed going there, they have an amazing hot chocolate, it's probably one of the best I've ever had.

However, I'm taking a star back because I cale here daily to work a bit. It's currently March and weather is starting to get sunny. When you walk or sit in the sun, it's gets quite warm, even hot ! But as soon as you stay in the shadow, you get remembered that you're only in March : without sunshine on you, it gets cold, especially if there's a breeze.

This Café seems to think that we're in the middle of July or August, as all it's windows and doors are wide open.

We're not sitting in the sun, as I said earlier it's still cold.

The wind blows in our back, and we're actually freezing. It's the second time we have to leave because this place is just so cold with all the windows open when the temperature is juste around 20° with wind.

Even with all the good products served, I sadly can't stand working in the cold and I will have to find another place to go...

Cafe Saturdays NYC in Osaka is a trendy place for a coffee break. The cappuccino was fantastic, rich and smooth in texture, perfectly balanced with the rich taste of the espresso. The foam is soft and just the right temperature. The vegan matcha sesame cookie was also excellent, moist and soft with a mix of flavours. If you like match you need to try it! Thank me later. The atmosphere is perfect for getting some work done, with plenty of power sockets and a good wifi connection, although I had a few hiccups while I was there. All in all, a great place to grab a drink, a snack and get some work done. If you have time go upstairs and shop some fancy clothes. Will definitely come back...

First of all, I want to express my gratitude to the handsome gentleman and the kind lady at the coffee counter. Today, my wife accidentally spilled coffee on herself, and they immediately helped us clean up and even offered to remake the drink for us. It made us feel really taken care of.

I rarely leave reviews, even though I travel around the world. In recent years, I’ve noticed increasing unfriendliness toward tourists — even in some parts of Japan. But the service at this store today was truly exceptional and made us feel very comfortable.

I wholeheartedly recommend this place...
