The staff are amazing, very kind, helpful and efficient, and the facilities are clean and spacious. I would love to give more stars, but what disappoints me is the inflexible terms of contract resulting from Servcorp wanting do everything to rip its clients off. They insist that the termination of contract be done in the previous month, so in case of departure from Japan or other issues requiring one to work somewhere else, one still has to pay for the next month's rent. I understand this practice in private working rooms and rental apartments, to give the company/landlord time to search for a new client, but with a co-working room this hardly applies, and it comes across just as greedy. There is also a contract terminating fee, paid after the last month's rent, which is roughly 5000 yen though, so not too much, but still it's another way Servcorp will rip you off. Not to mention the fees paid upon signing the contract and the deposit, which they say they pay back within two months of termination. Again - why so long? I would appreciate the rental terms of a co-working space to be more flexible.
