Staff #53236 (the blonde short haired girl) was shockingly rude and unhelpful. We’re visiting from Australia and speaking in simple English, but she had the audacity to interrupt us with a stop hand gesture while we were just trying to find the right shoe size. Her attitude was dismissive, impatient, and downright insulting.

Even though we kept things simple, knowing English isn’t everyone’s first language, she clearly couldn’t be bothered to help. Unfortunately, there were no other staff around, so we were forced to deal with her for the rest of the process, including payment, which only made us feel worse.
