I booked this appointment hoping to get a Japan based spa experience. I feel a little disappointed in the service I received especially with the price I paid. I booked two facials: the Baby Face Treatment which has a treatment time listed of 60 minutes & Cool Lifting for 30 minutes. I was scheduled for 11am, we started both treatments at 11:16pm and finished by 12:10pm. Although the esthetician confirms she delivered both sets of facials, I disagree. The treatment time was compressed and I could sense the esthetician was rushing through it. When I asked why the appointed time wasn’t fully used she said because you drink tea for the remainder of the time. The cooling gun used is loud and they did warn you of this, but earplugs should be provided. The sound was piercing through my ears where I then opted to use the sleeves of my sweater to protect my ears. They don’t tell you that they prefer cash and there’s an extra charge when you use a credit card. To leave a few positive things, the staff were nice and kind, the tea was good, the salon was clean, facial products are of high end quality, and the one facial itself made a noticeable difference in skin brightness. Aesthetician was good and I liked the face massage she did. IPL was not painful at all and laser with quick too. She speaks English which was helpful to communicate. I think I didn’t pick up the right treatment as doing IPL only once wasn’t helpful. I waited couple of days to see if I find any difference in my texture or skin but no change. It would have been great if estheticians suggest alternatives for one time visiting customers to see the impact. Considering the amount you pay, I feel the duration of massage/ IPL is less for 50 min. But that was mentioned in advance in email, so I should have known it. For management, charging 10% extra on card payment is a huge amount and no where in Tokyo for other treatments at salons like hair spas, facials or nail treatments, they charge this hefty extra. Ekterina was nice to give me time to get the cash to avoid the extra charges but getting such amount cash at one time is not possible on International cards. I’ve just completed my sixth session of full-body laser hair removal at this salon, and I can confidently say the experience has exceeded my expectations from the very beginning.

Even after my first session, I noticed a visible reduction in hair growth. By the third session, the results were honestly remarkable with entire areas on my legs where no hair was growing at all. Now that I’ve reached my sixth session, I can say that the treatment is highly effective, and it’s clear that the machine used is modern and high quality.
