Edit: after a whole year I came back and bought a couple figures, when I asked about tax free, the clerk crossed his hands and told me no. I was dumbfounded since I knew they offered it and used pie vat. I had to go to another branch store and tell them what happened at this place. They called and scolded the clerk, then asked me to go back so they could give me the tax return properly.

This behavior is disgusting and borderline ilegal. I wont come back to this place ever again.

Staff with bad attitude to foreigners and Japanese people. I think they are just like that all the time. When you are walking around and looking at the figures, they will stare at you like they want you to buy something or get out. Even if they have nothing to do they will keep walking past you.
