Worst!! It is not recommended for children, as the quality of their food is below average. The server appeared unenthusiastic, possibly indicating a reluctance to serve foreigners.
If possible, consider dining elsewhere, as there are likely better options available. This place was incredibly disrespectful, particularly unsuitable for tourists without a Japanese background. It was the worst experience I had during my 14 days in Japan, and I would have rated it zero if I could.
The staff, primarily Vietnamese, displayed consistent disrespect towards customers. They used vulgar language, mocked customers in their native tongue, and behaved condescendingly. It was unfortunate that I understood their remarks. Despite their attitude, I had hoped the food would compensate, but it was even worse than expected. I will never return to this establishment; the experience was entirely forgettable.
Please be cautious of the appetizer scam. They serve items you did not order, and they are reluctant to provide water even after repeated requests. It took 25 minutes just to receive a bowl of salmon ikura. I will not be...
Read moreWe were treated unfairly at this restaurant as foreigners.
We were a party of two and the only party waiting for a table. We were instructed by the host to wait outside of the restaurant, and then two more businessmen in suits showed up. The host quickly invited the men to come in, despite the fact that we were there first and the same party size. The businessmen (who were actually not Japanese - we spoke Chinese to them) declined and insisted that our party should be seated first as we were there earlier. The host then sat us.
I can’t guess at why the party who clearly arrived later would have been given preferential treatment outside of the fact that they looked like locals. The food itself is unremarkable - if you’re visiting from abroad and would like to be treated with respect I’d skip this establishment and eat at any of the other delicious restaurants...
Read moreFood: 5 color Isomaru bowl was mediocre. Chicken karaage too salty. Deep-fried octopus softer texture (but perhaps this is how they cook it, which is fine) Crab fried rice was salty , barely any crab meat.
Service: Definitely not foreigner friendly despite their “English menu” sign. Table charged an item (which is fine, and customary), but gave me a grill with no gas to cook my charged item. Made me seem like I was bothering them when I tried to say “excuse me” in Japanese when they weren’t occupied to ask for a gas change. Had to ask multiple times before I got it changed.
Seems popular amongst locals for late night eats. Personally wouldn’t recommend if you are foreigner or don’t speak Japanese because their attitude is dismissive. Unfortunately ruined my appetite and dining experience.
Definitely more friendly establishments in the area, take your...
