Bad shopping experience here on 13 September. 130pm. Young male staff were very rude to me when I asked to see the shoes size, grumpy and keep complaining to his colleague at the counter. I wanted to see the shoes size before I buy for my daughter. So disappointed with Japanese young people, totally no manner or respect to paying customers. By the way, I only asked for 1 pair to see between size 4 and 4.5. I ended up still buying because I promised my daughter. If not I have to go to Omotesando outlet which is 20 mins walk from here. Very very disappointing service manner. Please train your...

是非ご覧くださいBasically i see same comments about this shop that staff are very rude and not helpful at all(especially the one on the 2nd floor) I dont know if this is the concept of "atmos" but i dont see this kind of rude staff from other atmos shop from any other Asian countries. Those young generation people should not get paid for what they are doing there. seriously. I could feel that they were not kind to other customers as well. 働きたくないと家に帰ろ. Better not shop at this place. save your money...
