Disney Flagship Store Tokyo — Local services in Tokyo

I am appalled at the service. Personalised tshirt and mini plush you meant to take 30 mins took 80 mins. We went back twice we have a baby and it was getting late, we told them we couldn't wait any longer. We said for the inconvenience to compensate us with a bag that were discounting for customers, the service lady Nananishi advised no but we could have a gold bag instead. She specifically said no to the backpack but wrote on her translated ipad the one above and also pointed. After back and fourth we advised yes. Then another manager names Tsuruzono advised not correct. We said it was offered by her staff and was in the translator chat. When we asked to look at the chat the staff member was playing around with it,when we saw what was written that part of the conversation was gone and the staff member declined offering it.

We don't care about the bag. Its the experience we got. It was disappointing especially as we are new parents who were excited to be in the store in Japan with our daughter. Not good enough and we left feeling mad which isn't what we want. It's not about the free item now it's the lying infront of a manager and to us...

The Taiwanese staff there played fool of me. I started the conversation in Japanese but she insisted talking in English. I said “you can speak Japanese” but she just ignored. Every question she asked later I’ve already answered in Japanese in the first place. Until I shouted aloud “i want to pay them separately.” Then she started speaking Japanese. However, that was not the end. I chose to pay by card. And before I answered her confirmations about installment or not, she just threw her response“かしこまりました” in a very casual way. Before I spoken out my answer, she was one second quicker giving her responses. I felt so offended about what she did. Maybe just she see me as a person come from the mainland China then she put such discriminatory deeds on me. Ridiculous. I suspected if this store really carry out any training program educating their staffs how to behave properly and politely. Gross Taiwanese...

Would've taken more photos but it was crowded and I was distracted by the items there. there are the flagship store exclusive items that can only be found at this particular store. Because of the recently release stitch movie, there was exclusive stitch items. There are also exclusive Winnie the pooh toys too. I got the pooh and stitch Tsum Tsum which has a special tag saying flagship exclusive on them. Definitely visit this store and the Shibuya store if you're looking for exclusive items. Other than that, they didn't have many Tsum Tsums, even didn't have the Pluto winking one that smaller stores had. Wish they could add more. Hopefully, if I visit Japan at the end of the year, I'll be able to find...
