Im going to give them the review they deserve. Firstly I stayed here in Feb 2024 for 6 nights. So im qualified to speak on this. It was my first time in a capsule hotel and as a 6ft 90kg+ guy I was nervous. NOTE: This is a male only place Price: Dearer than some of the cheaper capsules, but the comfort and the amenities provided justify the extra $30 you spend her3 instead of a crappier place. I have a friend who stayed both here and the millenials Shibuya this month, and said this was way better. Comfort: Bed was good, pillows good, not too hot, not too cold, sometimes capsule on the hot side, I just slept in underwear and theres a little wall mounted fan you can turn on. I never felt claustrophobic, capsules are spacious and comfy. Must say you can hear every little sound that is made outside the capsule but im a heavy sleeper so it didn't bother me too much. Guys were generally pretty respectful. Showers are shared and are part of the onsen, so you need to be comfortable with getting naked in a male locker room and going about your business. Towels and stuff are provided as well as lockers. Location: Amazing, located walking distance I.e. 2 mins from Shinjuku station, 2 mins from Shinjuku restaurants, 2 mins from just about everything needed to connect to the rest of Tokyo. This is the PERFECT location. Couldn't pick it better of I tried. Cleanliness: Extremely clean, constant cleaning and maintenance being undertaken which is so crucial in these types of hotels. Safety: 10/10 left my stuff sometimes full days just in an unlocked capsule, (just shut the blind) no theft, like most of Japan it's just fantastic. That being said I tried to keep my.stuff in the lockers provided most of the time, and my big luggage was held by the staff and I just requested it when needed to access my stuff. I had some pretty boozy nights coming back to this hotel around 3-5am, and all was good. There's some touts late at night in nearby red light district but just be assertive if need be or don't wander there. BTW: This hotel does NOT request you to leave between 10am and 2pm during the day like many of the capsule hotels. You can stay here all day if you like! Also its male only. Amenities: Free Booze, they say 5 drinks per day.. you can really have as much as you want. Free toothbrush toothpaste, massage chairs, chargers with cables for iPhone, USB C and the old micro usb too. Unlimited coffee and soft drink day and night. Massage chairs for free usage, and the list goes on, you get a sticker for each night you stay and with it you can claim either get ice creams (which are amazing, especially strawberry or you can get a canned drink of some sort (heaps of cool options) free lounge wear for day long use Free Rice all day long heaps of toppings. Free curry and stuff in the morning. 10s of skin care, hair care and body care products for after your shower. Onsen heated bath. Staff: Were fantastic ! Amazingly helpful whenever needed !!! ONLY CON: ELEVATORS ARE SO SLOW ITLL DRIVE YOU MAD! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! and would stay again, Thankyou Anshin Oyado!

There is nothing to say about the transportation location. But I stayed here for about 40 days; I found many problems with the personnel. 1. The counter staff did not wear name tags. 2. The counter staff was racist and asked me, a Taiwanese, to speak Japanese. And they didn't let me store my luggage. Japanese people will also be given priority to jump in line. 3. Complain to the person’s immediate supervisor; and request a reasonable response. EX: What exactly does it mean to ask me to speak Japanese? etc. Then I stayed in the hotel and waited for a week without explaining to me why he behaved rudely to me. 4. I wrote everything to your company's website; the reply I got was to ask me to go to the counter between 7 am and 7 pm; there will be Chinese-speaking staff. Japanese people are not shy about saying this; in fact, in the whole hotel, there is only one Taiwanese dispatched worker who can speak Chinese; and there is only one dispatched Korean worker who can speak Chinese. Then they claimed on their website that they would have Chinese-speaking staff. And then because of this racial discrimination against Taiwan; I just can't stand it. Taiwan will always donate large sums of money to Japan, no matter when there is a major earthquake or tsunami or other natural disaster in Japan. to help rebuild the area. Taiwanese people even thought that "Taiwan and Japan are friendly", but they did not expect that Taiwanese consumers would be treated with such racial discrimination in this hotel. So I asked for a business card from the manager of the hotel, and went to the business card to personally submit a complaint to the receptionist at the Shinjuku head office. I stayed in the hotel for the last 5 days of the rest of the trip, waiting for a reply; still no one contacted me. It was not until I returned to Taiwan and wrote my review on Google that the company wrote me an email to apologize. Even though it has been almost three months, when I think about my nearly 40-day trip to Japan, the most impressive thing is this unpleasant accommodation experience. I would like to advise those from China or Taiwan who plan to stay here in the past; please be prepared to be discriminated against.

This place exceeded my expectations and is an insane value for what you receive. To preface, I have never stayed in a capsule hotel or a hostel prior to staying here. I was traveling solo and found this place and it is an unbeatable deal. At the time my stays were around $40 - $50 USD, and there is so much included; sauna, artificial hot spring, free food, free non-alchoholic / alcoholic drinks, amenities like toothbrush and combs, free massage chairs, and more. The location is insane for the price as it is right near the train station and walking distance to great food, golden gai bars, Kabukicho, and more. As people have said this is an all men’s capsule hotel but it was great chatting with everyone and everyone is super friendly and respectful. The sleeping area itself is fine for a single traveler and really what could make or break the stay. If you get unlucky with people snoring really loud or talking, or their alarm going off early it can disturb you but luckily that did not happen during my stay. They also give you earplugs to combat that. The capsules are actually pretty cool especially coming from the US, and are much better than an open dorm layout. There is a sliding knitted curtain that covers the entrance to the capsule. The one downside is the pillow is a bit hard and I think they use buckwheat in them which is probably the reason. Also it can be a little hot in the sleeping area but they have a little air conditioner and fan. They give you these robes to wear which was a little different at first, but I actually look forward to throwing them on after a day of sightseeing because they are pretty comfy. Lastly, the staff are amazing and they even helped me print my e-Visa for the next country I am going to (super nice and saved me the stress of printing it elsewhere, which is part of the reason that inspired me to write this review). Ultimately this place is truly unbeatable for the price and was one of the highlights of my trip to Japan.

This was my first time staying at a capsule hotel and I stayed here for 5 nights. Overall my experience was great. The location of this hotel is fantastic, 5 minute walk to Shinjuku station, and 10-15 minute walk to the entertainment district where there are plenty of restaurants, bars etc. The staff spoke some English but it was enough to get across the key pieces of information you needed for your stay there as well as cover your conversation if you had any inquiries. For the capsules themselves they function very much like bunk beds in a hostel (I recommend when given the option to take a capsule on the bottom if you want to avoid climbing stairs to get up and down from your capsule). The capsules are basic but clean and each day you will be asked if you'd like it to be cleaned while you are away. I stayed in a deluxe capsule and size wise I fit just fine though I imagine if you are above 6ft 1 that you may encounter difficulty sleeping in a capsule. The capsules come with a complimentary water bottle, ear plugs, alarm clock, air conditioner and TV which offers a few free TV channels as well as pay-per-view films. One of the biggest advantages here is that this hotel offers perhaps the most amenities of any hotel I've ever stayed at. Free bathroom utilities such as toothbrushes, razor blades, soaps, creams, floss, toothpaste, tissues etc. There is also a set of casual pjama-like clothes you can take when you check in that were clean and comfortable to sleep in. The showers are communal as many Japanese baths are so as a foreigner that may be worth keeping in mind if it bothers you, and the showers also come with many amenities, shampoo, shower gel, hairdryers, towels etc. There is also a steam room and hot tub though the showers/steam room/hottub get very busy in the late evenings and early mornings so if you want to avoid that try to get in around noon. Also, there are massages offered in the evening but these are separate and have to be paid for. The lounge has computer booths, massage chairs, manga, drink and snack vending machines as well as seperate vending machines which offer free hot and cold drinks. Free breakfast is also served in the mornings although it is simply a selection of sweet buns and savoury rice balls and such with a limit of 2 per person, not really enough for a full breakfast but it's enough to keep you sated until lunch time. Generally I only have one complaint about this hotel which is the baggage/checking in checking out process, allow me to explain. When you check in you will be given a key for a small locker in which to place your shoes. Then you give this key back to reception and they will give you a diffirent key which is used to open a diffirent locker you can use to store any items you might have and also open the doors to the capsule rooms. While not necessarily bad, this becomes a bit of an annoyance because everytime you want to check out you have to give your capsule key back to reception in exchange for your shoe locker key which makes the process of checking in and out a little fussy. In addition, your luggage will more than likely be too big to fit into your locker and will be kept seperately in a room by the reception which means everytime you want to get something from it you will have to ask for your luggage from the reception which again is a process that is quite fussy. I think capsule hotels such as this are better for short stays rather than long ones. Ultimately the fussiness of the key and baggage exchange is a minor complaint and doesent undermine the quality of the hotel and as such I can strongly...

Fantastic and centrally located to everything within a couple of minutes walk.ive included a pretty detail with photos as it seemed it needed an update so ill do my best to explain for tourists from Australia ect: considering.|Stayed here for 3 nights and everything was pleseant and perfect.|Fantastic customer service at the front desk making an easy check in and check out.|And credit goes to the other staff for the whole time i noticed there work effort was exceptionally good in keeping everything very clean and neat from floor 2 to Floor 6 to ensure that everything was upto standard for the big amount of people who are lodging here at the time.||Well sized capsule compared to others i have stayed in the past with a pulldown magnetic curtain to close down for privacy with a rather comfortable matress and blanket.the pillow was somewhat a memory foam pillow wasent to hard and wasent to soft in my opinion, capsule inside also offers Tv,Fan,Aircon,Headphones and Earplugs for Possible snoring people but the whole time there it was suprisingly very very quiet which managed to get the sleeps possible as everyone is very quiet and keep to themselves respecting others in there capsules.||Ground floor/reception is where all the lockers will be the lockers are quite small and dont be suprised if your luggage dont fit its mainly good for backpacks but above the lockerd there wire steel and padlock for carryone suitcases otherwise reception were fine with holding your bigger luggage out the back.|Also shoe lockers which your 1 of 2 keys will fit for locking your compartment for keeping your footwear whilst you can wear the slippers they provide next to it around the hotel aswell as the free pyjamas to also wear around.||Floor 2 offers the laundry and also the shower block and hotsprings aswell as couple of vending machines for cold drinks|Laundry is onky 300 yen for wash with everything supplied and the dryer is 100 yen/20minutes i think it was and 40 minutes was enough for a few days worth if clothes to dry.|Showers are kept very clean and always seemed to see some one maintaning it to ensure it for others.lockers near the shower entrance for your belongings whilst you strip naked and shower and if your one of those shy guys about being naked then its probaly not going to be for you as your gonna happen to see male eggplants around the area.|Showers are great for the experience and the hot water is fantastic with all the different brands of shampoos, cloths, conditioner and body wash supplied.|The onsen was an experience managed to have a few goes in there doing 10 minute stages and personally its not for me other then the relaxation and experience its more a 40 degrees hot jaccuzi to sweat out in my opinion.| |3rd floor is your common area with free drinks and rice provided with a small library and massage chairs to relax in otherwise on the otherside near elevators you have a few seats with window views to see out front and building views.||4th-7th floor is accesible only from elevator from the 3rd floor and are your capsules rooms and bathrooms for your floor which as you can see in the photos are self explantory of what the area looks like mine being the 6th floor of the capsules.||Basically this place has everything you could possibly need and more to ensure a comfortable stay with fantastic hospitality.||Around the hotel|Vending machines metres away as you would expect out front|Train & Jr station a couple minutes walk easily|Resturants all around the place and a mcdonalds couple doors down for those looking for quick feeds otherwise Lawsons to your right about...
