The worst buffet to go to. Went in at 11.45AM but 60% of the food gone within an hour although the buffet is to run till 2 PM. This would mean last slot is at 12.30 PM.

Most of the food once finished are not replenished unless you ask them too. The worst is the curry finished and the waiter said they have run out. This too within an hour.

Reason given was more than anticipated guests turned up for the buffet. This is surprising as they take reservations.

I would say don’t bother going here for the buffet lunch. I cannot comment about the set...

Came for the second time slot for lunch buffet reservations around 13:00.

Do not bother getting a later time slot as the staff don't bother to switch or fill out the emptied out food from the previous guests. More than 70% of the food was either flat out gone or mere scraps were left for us to supposedly "eat".

Service wise, waiters seem a tad bit unprofessional as they sometimes don't even come over when called.

Tempura is good, crispy and bite size Others side dishes that I recommend is curry, Karage, mentaiko udon and miso soup.

Food second round came very slow and not hot, dont know why took so long Vibe is dark but clean, lots of Japanese people came to eat, cause it's very good price. But staff is confusing, I show booking number but reception ask my name, what if I have same name with others. 🤷🏻‍♀️
