The SA Mas-San was super friendly and shared his love for the brand with me. He also tried his best to answer my questions, in English while I myself cannot put together any sentences except words I picked up from watching Japanese shows.

I walked away with a bag that I did not intend to acquire( Pete, Jamie and Bob) but was very satisfied with my purchase, which was a black item. Iykyk.

I wish I had taken photos, for memory, in the store like I did in the Kyoto shop. I guess I will have to return

A side note, Freitag Japan does tax free in the store but charges a 1.55%( so 10%-1.55%=8.45% is what you get...

Switzerland to get a refund, despite the information clearly mentioned on the online store webpage. The recycling / eco conscious vibe only goes so far.
