Like most Japanese stores you’re greeted & as I entered the store I went about my browsing. 99% of the time I try to find what I want to not bother anybody working if not I reach for out for customer support. I tried to use google translate to find what I was looking for (I used this all throughout Japan everyone was helpful) the employee/owner shoooooed me away responding “I Japanese no English” I gave him benefit of the doubt 5-10min I later I tried to converse with a kit I loved as a child. He replies “yehhh yehhhh Japanese no English” He obviously understands basic English as he was replying to my simple English requests. I held back my frustrations and told him “you’re very rude & not very helpful you don’t want to talk” He said “yehhh yehhhh I’m Japanese no English rolled his eyes like I’m annoying him” flick the back of his hand like I’m a dog and wave me away. I was tempted to over pay for a soccer kit I loved as a child but no I will not give money to shops that o don’t deserve it. Worst shopping experience in all of Japan plz don’t support this man. I understand keeping to yourself & being pleasant makes everyone happy. but customer service at a small shop especially is all about entertaining & making your guests feel welcome. 0 star review don’t even bother try your luck and...

As i am shopping around i can tell the man behind the counter is still very angry. I did like one of his overpriced items but choose it to buy it because how rude he was acting towards us.
When we were about to leave the store so we say good bye and thank you and he just gives us a blank stare and says nothing. I repeated myself because i was like no way he is this rude and is not going acknowledge us talking to him and he just gave another blank stair.
He has sign on the door that says best soccer store more like the worst one in the world by far
no wonder there was no customer in your empty...
Read moreWell the store owner is indeed not the most friendly but did not diss me or anything related. Came here to check out the jerseys regardless. It is located in between Harajuku and Shinjuku stations at the 3F of a small building. It’s not a large store front but there’s plenty of good local and international jerseys available. Some are real vintage while some to be honest, i would not classify them as vintage. Also, the prices charged are exorbitant and i believe is way above market rate. There is no rationale in some of them, costing close to 80,000 yen. Just benchmark it with other similar worldwide brands on google and you would know. Kumo just down the road serves and offers a better range for sure (although non-vintage) at...
