We have eaten at The Rigoletto in Shibuya many times before (usually after a concert or a show) and always enjoyed the food and atmosphere a lot. This time, though, there were quite a few things that left us disappointed. Firstly, when we saw the burgers on the menu (which we had never tried at The Rigoletto), we instantly felt that this is what we wanted. Great the disappointment then when we soon after realised that burgers are served only until 15:00h. It's not clear to me why they are not available in the evening. I then ordered beef (chuck eye roll at JPY 4,180 for 200g). As it doesn't come with any sides, I then also ordered the cheese mashed potato and the creamed spinach (both at JPY 500 each). I was very surprised, though, when the meal was served, because the portion of spinach was absolutely TINY! I would somehow understand if it came with the meat at no extra cost, but if I order a side dish and pay extra for it, I would expect a proper portion, and not something the size of a garnish. Also here a limitation that I don't understand: The side dishes are "limited to customers ordering from the butcher menu". Then, when wanting to order a glass of Rosé, I was told that there was no Rosé available, only Orange Wine (VINA ESMERALDA FLOR D'ORANGE). I had tried this before at another Rigoletto, and while it was interesting to try, it's not too much to my liking. And while I appreciate the option to try some new and somewhat unconventional things, I don't understand why something as basic as Rosé then suddenly becomes unavailable. As the main didn't really fill me enough, I went for a dessert. This was an absolute success. I ordered the ALMOND CAKE, which is served with a glass of Rum, which is to be poured over the cake. Read more🚨去年、友人の誕生日においしく食べた記憶があったので、今回の自分の誕生日に再訪しましたが、人生で最悪の経験をしました。料理の味、クオリティ、スタッフの態度、すべてが最悪でした。スタッフが外国人を嫌っているのかはわかりませんが、日本に5年以上住んでいて、接客スタッフにため口を使われたのは初めてです。物価の上昇の影響か、去年に比べて量が3分の1になり、料理の盛り付けや完成度も著しく低下していました。パスタがいつ出るのか聞かないと、一時間後にやっと食べられるような状態でした。そして、待った甲斐もなく、その味は一時間待つ価値は全くありませんでした。麺は固くて、小麦粉の味がして、皿にはソースが固まっており、パスタソースもほとんどありませんでした。本当に最悪の誕生日ディナーでした。
デザートにティラミスとマンゴーケーキを頼みましたが、ティラミスはまるで一度口に入れたかのような状態でした。スタッフに確認したところ、10分後に謝罪もなく突然パウダーをかけ始めました。ティラミスはすでにクリームが溶けてぐちゃぐちゃな状態で、初めからパウダーもかかっていなかったと言うと、訳の分からないことを言いながら皿ごと持っていきました。「謝罪の言葉はないんですか?」と聞くと、やっと「すみません、新しく作り直します」と言われましたが、すでに気分が悪くなり、食べたい気分ではなくなっていました。Googleの評価を確認していると、ようやくマネージャーが来て謝罪しました。本当に最悪なレストランです。味、クオリティ、接客すべてが悪く、二度と行きたくありません。こんな経験をしたい方は、ぜひ訪れてみてください。
🚨去年因为朋友的生日来过一次,印象很好,所以这次我在自己生日时再次光顾,结果却经历了人生中最糟糕的一次体验。无论是食物的味道、品质,还是员工的态度,都是最差的。我不知道员工是不是讨厌外国人,但我在日本住了五年多,还是第一次被服务员用随意的语气对待。可能是物价上涨的原因,今年的分量比去年少了三倍,摆盘和料理的完成度也明显下降。问了什么时候能吃到意大利面,结果等了一个小时才上菜。而且这味道根本不值得等那么久。面条硬得像石头,满口面粉味,盘子上的酱都干了,意面几乎没什么酱。真的是最糟糕的生日晚餐。
点了提拉米苏和芒果蛋糕作甜点,但上来的提拉米苏像是别人吃过一样。我问服务员时,他们十分钟后过来,什么都没说就开始撒粉。我们告诉他们提拉米苏已经软得像水了,而且一开始根本没有撒粉,结果他们说了些莫名其妙的话后直接把盘子端走了。我问:“没有一句道歉吗?”他们才勉强道歉,说会重新做一份,但我的心情已经被搞坏了,根本不想再吃了。等到我开始查看Google评分时,经理才出现并道歉。这真是最差的餐厅。无论是味道、品质,还是服务,都差到极点,我再也不会来了。如果有人想体验这种服务,可以试试看。
🚨Last year, I had a great meal here for a friend's birthday, so I decided to revisit for my own birthday this year. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst dining experience of my life. The taste and quality of the food, as well as the attitude of the staff, were all terrible. I'm not sure if they have something against foreigners, but I've lived in Japan for over five years, and this was the first time I've ever been spoken to so rudely by serving staff. Perhaps due to rising costs, the portions were a third of what they used to be, and the presentation and quality of the dishes had significantly declined. I had to ask when my pasta would be ready, and even then, it took an hour for it to arrive. And after all that waiting, the taste was nowhere near worth it. The pasta was hard and tasted like raw flour, the sauce had dried on the plate, and there was almost no pasta sauce at all. It was truly the worst birthday meal I've ever had.
For dessert, I ordered tiramisu and mango cake, but the tiramisu looked like someone had already taken a bite out of it. I asked the staff about it, and after ten minutes, they came back without an apology and just started sprinkling powder on top. I told them the tiramisu was already mushy and that there had been no powder on it in the first place, but they said something nonsensical and took the whole plate away. When I asked if they weren't going to apologize, only then did they say sorry and offer to make a new one. However, by that point, my mood was ruined, and I had no desire to eat it. It was only after I started looking at the restaurant's Google reviews that the manager finally came and apologized. This is truly the worst restaurant I've ever been to. The food quality, taste, and service were all awful, and I will never return. If anyone wants to experience something like this, feel free to give it a try.

디저트로 티라미수와 망고 케이크를 주문했는데, 티라미수는 마치 먹다 뱉은 것처럼 나왔습니다. 직원에게 물어보니 10분 후에 와서 사과도 없이 갑자기 파우더를 뿌리기 시작하더군요. 티라미수는 이미 크림이 다 녹아 흐물거리는 상태였고 처음부터 파우더도 없었다고 말했더니, 말도 안 되는 말을 하며 접시를 그냥 가져가버렸습니다. 죄송하다는 말도 없냐고 물어보니 그제야 죄송하다며 새로 만들어주겠다고 했지만, 이미 기분이 상해 먹고 싶지도 않았습니다. 구글 평점을 확인하니 그제서야 매니저가 와서 사과를 하더군요. 정말 최악의 음식점입니다. 음식의 맛, 퀄리티, 서비스 모두 형편없어서 다시는 방문하고 싶지 않습니다. 이런 경험을 하고 싶으신 분들은...
Read moreI was here in this restaurant last Sunday on Dec 13th with a group of 7 friends for one of the friend's birthday. It was my second time here because the first time I was here back in August was a very pleasant experience, so I recommended this place.
I would never recommend this place again. Here are the reasons. Service was really bad. They put us in a room which is fine, but when we ring the bell for service, nobody comes in for a good 10 minutes. I can see them walking outside because the door of the room is wide open. Food quality has dramatically gotten worse. A few people ordered steaks, medium cooked, but they arrived well done. They said it was too salty as well. Fries were stale, portion is smaller compare to Rigo Roppongi. The foie gras were in oddly cut shapes, looked carved out instead of sliced, and it doesn't have the expected presentation. We asked for bread for the ahijo and charcuterie, and it never come. We asked for tomato sauce, they gave us a packaged one like in McDonald.
There are some other minor incidents also such as took the wrong order but I can take that fault.
We paid close to 65,000 JPY for a Saizeriya level quality and experience. It is totally unacceptable. ...
